Capital Burger — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

All I can say is, Yummy yum yum!!!! I had the pleasure of stumbling across this hidden gem while visiting the wonderful area of Luquillo. You simply cannot be this place for fresh quality food! Everything was cooked to perfection. I have too say, what made experience absolutely phenomenal, was the wait staff. Our servers Angeleś and Yah-Yah are one of the best, most informative servers that my brother & I have had in years!!! This is our first time in the area of Luquillo so we didn’t know what to expect, but Angeleś and Yah-Yah, we’re able to assist us, not with just amazing food, but they gave us insight to the whereabouts of the island. They were both filled with great energy, super attentive, personable, and overall made us feel right at home!!!! Who could forget those smiles?!!! I think that’s important, especially going somewhere you’ve never been before. Overall, this was genuinely an experience of a lifetime. The burgers were cooked to perfection & served with LOVE!!! I’m not one to finish my meals, but this meal was gone in about two seconds haha… As for Angeleś & Yah-Yah, I hope that this establishment recognizes them for their amazing contributions, not only to the people of Luquillo; but also the tourists ( such as myself) for making them feel right at home. I gave it two chances, but these are regular burgers not a real smash burger. The meat texture is hard in comparison with a smash burger that the meat is soft and crumbles, it is not just about smashing the meat, you need to have the right meat and fat. I don't think I will visit anymore, unless they change it. I am not going to mention other places nearby that do have a good smash, but if they just go around to know these places they will get the point. I am responding here to the owner as there is no reply, Sir, no hard feelings, your reviews have nothing to do with the smash burger, remember this is a place where people go and drink then they probably lose the taste for a good burger, also I do not own any restaurant, and I can mention couple in Fajardo and Humacao and even Luquillo beach, but this is not what I do. Recientemente visité Calital Burger y quedé impresionado con su oferta culinaria. Este lugar es más que una simple hamburguesería; es un destino gastronómico que sorprende y deleita desde el primer bocado hasta el último detalle del servicio.

Tostones Rellenos de Spicy Crab: Para comenzar, pedí los tostones rellenos de spicy crab. Estos tostones crujientes, rellenos con una mezcla picante y sabrosa de cangrejo, fueron una explosión de sabores. La combinación del plátano verde frito con el cangrejo condimentado fue absolutamente deliciosa y una excelente manera de abrir el apetito.

Sampler Variado: El sampler que pedí fue una verdadera fiesta de sabores y texturas. Incluía eggrolls, alitas, croquetas, mozzarella sticks y onion rings, cada uno mejor que el anterior. Los eggrolls eran crujientes y rellenos con una mezcla sabrosa, las alitas estaban perfectamente sazonadas y jugosas, las croquetas eran una delicia cremosa, los mozzarella sticks eran irresistiblemente pegajosos, y los onion rings crujían a la perfección. La variedad en este plato fue impresionante y una gran opción para compartir o para aquellos que desean probar un poco de todo.

Piña Colada: Para acompañar, opté por una piña colada. Esta bebida fue refrescante y perfectamente equilibrada, con la dulzura de la piña y la cremosidad del coco combinándose maravillosamente. Fue la elección ideal para complementar los sabores variados del sampler y los tostones.

Burguer con Chorizo: La estrella de la noche fue la hamburguesa con chorizo. Esta hamburguesa estaba cargada de sabor. El chorizo añadía un toque picante y suculento que elevó la experiencia a otro nivel. La carne era jugosa y perfectamente cocida, y los ingredientes frescos completaban una hamburguesa que superó todas mis expectativas.

Servicio y Experiencia General: Todo en Calital Burger superó mis expectativas. El servicio fue increíblemente rápido, lo que es ideal para aquellos con un horario ajustado. Además, la mesera fue extremadamente atenta y amable, asegurándose de que mi experiencia fuera perfecta en todo momento.
