Keith and his team at Luquillo Beach Taxi were the reason our entire bachelorette trip was beyond spectacular. With a group of 10 girls, our biggest concern was finding reliable transportation, especially since Ubers are not easy to come by in Luquillo Beach. Thank goodness we met Keith on our first night—seriously, we all agreed he was sent from above!

From the start, Keith went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was there for every single ride we needed, always on time, professional, and incredibly personable. But beyond that, he brought the energy, the laughs, the best music and the best vibes! He wasn’t just a driver—he became a true friend to all of us.

Keith made sure we felt safe, cared for, and stress-free the entire trip. He had the best recommendations, helped us plan our outings, and even surprised us with Puerto Rican souvenirs we’ll cherish forever!! He even handled our chaotic airport departures—everyone had different flight times, one friend’s flight was delayed until 4 AM, and Keith still showed up with a smile, ready to take her 30+ minutes back to our Airbnb.

I typically don't write reviews but Shawn and his company Luquillo Taxi deserve a special shout-out. Besides providing detailed quotes, maintaining excellent communication, driving extremely clean and well-maintained cars and being absolutely polite Shawn has also really saved us when our pre-booked ferry to Vieques - the last one of the day - was unexpectedly canceled and we were stranded in the very remote Ceiba ferry terminal. We had just arrived in PR that day and now had no place to stay and no food since the morning. Shawn completely took care of us, drove us back to our "emergency" accommodations not bothered by the very vague directions we were given, let us pick up food on the way, made sure we got ferry tickets for the next day (an almost impossible task for tourists), picked us up right on time to get there, charged a fair price for all of this and a week later sent his lovely wife to drive my daughter to the airport as she had to return home early. We cannot thank him enough and would give him 10 stars...

We did not want the hassle of renting a car on our first trip to Puerto Rico. I spent some time researching ride options and Luquillo Taxi had such glowing reviews, we decided to give them a try. Happy to say it was an excellent decision. Shawn and Keith were both great drivers, super friendly, communicative, on time and drove comfortable, clean vehicles with plenty of room for our bags. We used them several times for outings as well as airport transportation. They were super flexible with our changing plans and even though I’m sure I drove them nuts changing times and locations, they were very kind and willing to roll with it.
