I hate to give such a lowly rating. But the Westgate Mall Shopping center has seen better days. In the late 80s through early 2000s there was a large Shopko Department Store which anchored this mini mall. There was an Old Country Buffet, a grocery store (Randall's) and a host of smaller stores. You could access most of the stores via a common corridor. Twenty years later and the only things holding this mall down are a great Chinese takeout and mini eatery, a nice sports bar (Scores) and a CSL plasma donation center. To round things out I believe their is a Temp agency as well. A block West is the West/Southside Postal Office and parallel to the Chinese Eatery (Main Moon 2) there is a North Shore bank.
