Placed an online order for pickup at this location. When I arrived 5 minutes early, the sandwiches seemed like it was made 20-25 mins ago and weren't toasted. I asked the manager to cancel and make new ones, but he refused, saying cancellations aren't allowed and told me to email customer service. When I suggested toasting the same footlongs and adding fresh veggies, he said no because then they will be low on veggies. Luckily, a helpful staff member, the footlongs were eventually toasted and filled with fresh veggies. It took 35 minutes of arguing. "DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ONLINE PICK UP ORDER AT THIS LOCATION." Read moreUncaring service. Didnot operate in accordance with usual procedure. I told her what sandwich I wanted but she didnot even ask me what toppings I wanted. Before I knew what was happening, she had wrapped up the sandwich and was at the cash register. She had a smile on her face for sure, but I wasn't amused. Happened on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at around 1 PM.

I have personally experienced it twice and I see others in comments also experienced it. How is it that the scanner is still missing?? Fix your stuff guys what is this seriously?
