They have a dishonest unjust unfair and unethical way of minting money out of residents.
Apartment located at a very convenient place. And the staff were friendly. I wish I had something more nice to say about the place where I spent two and half years and some memorable days.
I do not recommend this property for the fact that these guys charge tenants for damages that are unjustified and even unknown to the residents. We were asked to pay a heavy amount for kitchen countertop replacement that had no damages visible to the naked eyes. The glue pasted to the countertop against the wall had started to fallen apart due to gradual wear and tear during our stay. As per the management, water from kitchen sink got underneath and the property and service manager blamed us for not taking care of the property. And for not reporting the same to them . As per them had it been reported they would not have charged . So our only mistake was not reporting the wear and tear which we thought was quite common and that it would be taken care by the property before new residents move in as it was not a physical damage.
When confronted with the property manager who is a lady and the service manager, they also admitted that they also wouldn’t have liked to shell out money in a similar situation but still they were adamant on they being on the right side and we being the wrong ones .

During my stay of 2.5 years, I had lodged several maintenance requests to repair leaks at various places of the apartment. The bathroom sink leaked with water dropping on the cabinet below. It took repeated service personnel visit to locate and repair the leaking. And all the while I had to tape plastic carry bag below the sink to protect the wood cabinets from being damaged with the water dripping.
The apartment had rain water leaking through the roof and the water accumulating at the patio. We lodged a complaint but nothing was done to dry the carpets that was wet and stained.
The wall near the windows got wet during rains with mold forming that we had cleaned ourselves, despite lodging a complaint for it.
Around the time of our lease termination, we took pains to leave the apartment spotless. The staff at the office told us that wear and tear was expected, just to replace the drip pans on the stove which we dutifully did. Never expected to be receiving a bill for an amount as good as a month’s rent for no fault of ours.
I regret having decided calling this place my home and more so for rehoming 4 of my friends to stay here. I have warned them of my incident and would say to all Stay away - You won't get your safety deposit back because of some damage they will throw at you Just save yourself some grief and your hard earned money and...
Read moreI really can’t say this is the absolute worst place to live, but here’s a few of the things we experienced.
I guess we weren’t the only ones this happened to, we were promised stainless steel appliances while signing the lease and upon move in they were white…. They told us they’d give us black appliances, or stainless for an extra $100 a month.
I personally had issues with my gate opener dying about once a month. I had gone into the office a few times looking for a replacement, I think the 4th time one of the guys told me “I should invest in some batteries”… maybe just give me one that works?
This is kinda nit picky but they make you pay $30 a month for valet trash which would be nice if they actually picked it up every day. It seemed like it was a whatever they were feeling like that day kinda thing.
I put in a request at least 3 times to fix the fan in my bathroom, they marked it complete every time and never fixed it. It didn’t work the entire 5 months we lived there.
The best for last 🤗🤗🤗. At about midnight one night maintenance knocked on our door saying he had to come in to check for a leak, saying our downstairs neighbors kitchen ceiling was leaking. This dude was wearing a tracksuit knocking on our door saying he’s maintenance trying to come into our apt where two young women live. It was hella creep but that’s beside the point. He comes in and finds nothing, I see him the next day and he says it stopped leaking so I guess it’s fine. About a week later a different guy comes in saying the same thing, and I explained to him that the last guy found nothing. But there was this mysterious pocket of water lol in my bathroom wall behind the paint. After some investigating they say it’s the sprinkler from our loft leaking down into the wall and into our downstairs neighbors apt. There was a decent sized hole in my bathroom wall and in the loft for about a week. I guess they fixed the leak and patched the holes, but we noticed some mold on the wall above the cabinet in the kitchen. We notified management and they said they’d have their painter come check it out. Erm wat. Painter, for mold? We insisted they send someone out to actually address the problem, not just paint over the mold. Then they painted over it and marked the maintenance request done. We were also having issues with a disgusting amount of mold on our windows, to which they said “clean it”. I understand where there’s moisture there might be mold, but it was alarming. They did end up letting us out of our lease because we didn’t want to breathe mold air anymore. But if you’re thinking about moving in and getting apt 307 in building 14, just be aware the walls are alive with mold. I’ll attach some...
Read moreI should have looked at the reviews before moving forward with applying here. I did a tour and was given information regarding rental criteria and the process. Received numerous phone calls to "follow up" after the tour to remind me to complete the application even after mentioning that I had already submitted documentation to remove a debt from my credit report and wanted to wait for it to be removed before applying. I was called approx 3 times in a weeks time and I asked the same questions every call to be sure that I got consistent information. Im not sure if the calls are recorded or not, if so, they should be reviewed to make sure false information isn't given moving forward. I was told that I didn't have to wait for it to be removed and could just produce the letter to the leasing office as proof. And that the leasing manager would have final say in whether to approve or deny. After completing the application, I receive a phone call stating it was denied and there's nothing they can do in the office, they don't know the rental criteria because it's screened through a third party company and I have to contact the third party to figure out where to send my documents. (?) Upon calling the 3rd party screening company, I find that all information given to me in the leasing office was false and contradicts the information given to me by the screening company. Application fee down the drain because there's "nothing we can do in the office because it's not up to us". I also had an issue with figuring out which unit I was applying for considering I wanted a 2 bedroom with a loft and it's not pictured inside the brochure. I was told it's because they already have a picture of the 3 bedroom with a loft and 2 bedroom. So the 2 bedroom with a loft isn't pictured because they didn't want to waste money printing it in there. All the money they're charging on application fees alone and the fact that they cant spare money to print an accurate depiction of your property should have been a red flag. After reading the other recent reviews and my experience throughout this whole process, Im actually thankful for the decision now.
The response, again, is inconsistent with what was said during the process. More than once I was told, "....even if it is a denial, we can work with you. We can't work miracles but we will do everything we can". It's odd that I would be given that information if that wasn't the case and the third party decision can't be overridden. I've accepted the decision nonetheless. It would just be professional to make sure accurate information is given throughout the process for applicants who unfortunately decide to apply here...
