Very disappointing experience. I brought a group of about 25 for a Friday night recently and found almost all of the employees were incredibly rude, offered very poor customer service and were not knowledgable or helpful at all. I spoke with multiple staff members from the trampolines, the concessions, the ropes course and the race track and all were rude and dismissive. I asked simple questions to a couple and was shrugged off with “I don’t know” and no help at all to find someone who did have an answer. It’s a bunch of teenagers working there who clearly have no desire to be there and a poor work ethic. They are not polite at all. I was friendly to all of them only to be either ignored completely or dismissed. I was shocked at the vibe I received when they were being greeted and told thank you and treated respectfully. If I was an owner or manager and had witnessed the level of energy and attitude that was being shown to paying kind customers multiple of them would be fired on the spot. The 2 young ladies at the front desk doing group check in were the only polite ones we encountered the entire evening. The equipment was broken In multiple areas - we ended up on a broken go kart that barely moved around the track (when I asked if I could use a different one I was told no! Excuse me I’m paying for this attraction and am being forced to use equipment that was barely working with no compensation for that at all) the dodgeballs in the trampoline part were falling apart AND one of our members ended up on a bumper car that did not work! To have that much broken equipment for what we were paying is ridiculous. The FINAL STRAW is when we were told we had to BUY water for the evening. We were not told ahead of time that there would be no water fountains or cups at the fountains available and we were not allowed to bring in our own water bottles. To not offer water at a place that involves that much physical activity is crazy and wrong! I had 25 teens there for 2 hours and they were not willing to offer us glasses of water. It would have gone a long way in customer service to provide water when I’m paying several hundred dollars to your establishment and would have been likely to do so in the future. They are definitely not thinking about keeping long term customers when they will nickel and dime you after you are bringing them that much business. We were not prepared ahead of time for the lack of water and then to be told it’s .50 for water is crazy. It’s not the .50; it’s the lack of customer service to just say “hey you are bringing this big group for 2 hours and have paid between $400-500 you guys can certainly all have a CUP on us.” That would have been good service. Instead I was treated snippily over asking about the water both by the girl at concessions and the blonde lady who I assume was the manager for the night at the front. To have spent as much money as we did and be treated rudely, and have broken equipment in almost every area of the park was very disappointing. Considering how many large group activities in a year that I plan this business has lost a lot of money since I’m not likely to return with any group. I doubt they will be in business much longer with that kind of experience that they are providing to paying customers. I was planning to go there with another group of about 10 for a couple weekends after that night and now will be looking elsewhere. They definitely did not think about how to maintain customers and it’s already costing them. Very frustrating and...
Read moreI had an unfortunate experience there on Sunday. My 2 older sons were invited to a friend’s birthday party there. I brought along our 3 yr old daughter and purchased a card so that she could do the soft zone play area at least. When the older kids went to play the miniature golf, I brought her over to the soft zone area. The lady there immediately asked for a card to swipe for her to be able to participate in the soft zone play area. She swiped it and my daughter happily went off to play after removing her shoes. After awhile, the boys came over and found us. Our daughter was yelling that she was stuck and needed help. Mind you, no parents are allowed up there at all. My 6 yo son wanted to come in and get her and help her out. He went to ask the young girl if he could come in with his sister-she immediately said “Did you pay for this?” I walked over and said that they’re with a birthday party group and showed his wristband. She said that he would still have to pay. So, I had to leave my daughter yelling up there while I went to go to the kiosk to try to add more money on my card. Then she finally let him. Shortly after, another 6yr old boy from our birthday party comes running over. The mom, who is white, asks does he need to remove his shoes first and the girl says yes and just lets him rt in!! I was astonished!! What is the difference and why must my children pay but his mom was exempt from paying for her son to get in?! I really thought about questioning her about why we had to pay, but not them?? Not long after, the little boy went to go get 2 more friends and then asked the lady-“Can my friends come in and play too?!” She just opened the gate and let them right in!! I’m sitting there like this is UNBELIEVABLE!!! The mom eventually went to tell the rest of the birthday party group about it-thinking that it’s a free attraction since she never charged them at all. There was another black mom with the party that walked up with her 2 girls and she had them take their shoes off to come in-immediately the young girl stood up to ask for their card to get in!! They looked confused because apparently the white mom told them that it was a free attraction! I stood up and said “No, she made me pay $6 for each of my kids or she wouldn’t let them in.” The other parents were like “Wait, what??” The white mon was like “Seriously, that’s crazy!! She didn’t make us pay anything for our son?!” Sounds like very sketchy, discriminatory practices here where they make you pay or you’re not allowed “in” if you look a certain way🤔Very disappointing to say the least, especially since we just had a birthday party there for our 10 yr old son in July. I hope that they speak with her and that this never happens again there. If you have a policy in place, everyone should all pay or it should just be free for all the kids. Period. I will be sharing my experience with...

From the exhilarating trampoline park spanning 10,000 square feet to the thrilling go-kart track and the challenging two-story ropes course with a zipline skyrail, there's something for everyone here. The addition of features like the Bag Jump, Dunk Zone, and Dodgeball courts only added to the excitement, ensuring that guests were thoroughly entertained throughout the day.
Despite the abundance of attractions, our experience was far from chaotic. Much credit goes to the birthday party coordinator assigned to us, who proved to be a true asset in ensuring everything ran smoothly. From the outset, she was approachable, competent, and attentive to our needs. Any concerns or queries we had were promptly addressed, putting our minds at ease and allowing us to fully enjoy the festivities.
