I read Many Reviews-All I read was Time after Time -Positive Reviews. Mind you I was a bit nervous-Selling Silver and Gold is something I’ve never done-or had Any reason to do so. Back in Aug 2019 my best friend Passed @ 53 yrs Young- Among much Stiff- continuing to Go thru things- Among things came across College Ring- other pieces of cold jewelry & Silver as well.
I hung onto these jewelry items for 2 yrs. just tucked away In a drawer - When I spotted Jewelry Silver and Cold Recycling -It gave me an Idea. I googled It- Reviews Are Incredible Good- All I came across ,I read over 100 separate reviews.. I was in Awwwe..

OMGGGGG- Sit down 🪑 I was glad I was- SHOCKED is All I felt... When Fred said Ms Evans your items total worth today is $ 258.00 “ “I was Stunned” to say the least.. Fred’s next question was Simply to the point. -Ms Evans, Dod You That In Check Or Cash 💵.

Read moreI have a 0.89 carat diamond ring I want to sell. I went to JewelRecycle, LLC to get a quote. This was my second quote. I thought the first quote was low, but this places quote was 51% lower than my first quote.
Prior to this visit, their web site's customer comments I saw were glowing. Sadly, that was not my experience. First, the man, and there was only man, asked me to leave my diamond on the counter and sit a a place that was out of sight of my item. When I told him that I did not like to loose sight of my jewelry, he requested and let me stand away from the counter instead. I brought some other items, mainly watches, that I did not think were of significant value, He informed that they would not purchase any of these items. That was not spelled out in their web site.
I asked him to recommend any place that I could sell the other jewelry, and he could or would not at first. Being shamed, he finally mentioned National Pawn for the watches.
After he gave me the low quote on my diamond, I told him I had already gotten a higher quote than his. He pressed me to tell him how much the other quote was. I told him that I was not going to tell him. He pressed further until I told him that the other quote was “none of his business”.
At every turn, he was short to the point of being rude, and I told him that I was sorely disappointed with my treatment at JewelRecycle, LLC.
If you want to be treated rudely and waste your time, this...
Read moreDue to Covid shutting down certain businesses this year, I joined the ranks of the unemployed restaurant workers. When unemployment benefits ran dry recently, I began digging through the drawers of jewelry I've acquired through the years, along with flatware & hollowware. With gut churning, I brought quite the load to Cheryl at the Chapel Hill location, with hopes up, but reason in tact. She sorted through the piles 'til her neck was sore, trying to help me get something of value out of mounds of what mostly came to be costume jewelry. All the while, she taught me what to look for to help with future treasure hunts. I do research at home, but there's always something new to learn. I was shocked at how few items she made the final offer on & how much the offer was. I've been twice in recent history & was THRILLED with the offers. BIG sigh of relief & I had no regrets letting go of what I brought. I will return soon, as another bill is due. Very grateful to Cheryl & very happy with JewelRecycle. By the way, I was also very happy with the fact that they comply with social distancing. This took the rest of the churning...
