Han's Massage — Attraction in Rancho Palos Verdes

Well for starters this place opens until 10 and not at 9 like it says here on Google and the present staff speaks very very little English so it was a little hard to communicate, I saw some people mention something about a $20 massage but I didn't see that on their pricing list they show you, I paid 60 for 80 min which isn't bad but I can't say it was that great of massage honestly and to top it all off I was basically forced to tip on the way out all though they had trouble understanding some of my questions they definitely knew how to say we accept tips and despite them wearing masks I'm almost positive it wasn't with a smile on their faces... I offered $5 as I wasn't the most satisfied with the massage only to have it rejected as she pointed at the massage she gave me on the price list insinuating I should give her a bigger tip I don't know if this was a one time thing but I can assure you I will not be finding out becuase I'm for sure not coming back...

5 ⭐️ For the massage! Better than most of the massages that I have had at expensive day spas.

1⭐️ For noise level. The door was open and so you could hear the traffic outside, people talking and you can smell the smoke from the smoke shop next door and the dogs barking from the grooming salon next door. The staff was talking and should have been whispering. Also they need to remove the wind chimes off the door and use just a small bell of some sort. Have been there before and opening and closing of the door the bells are disruptive when you are trying to relax. Also if you want to get butt naked, being in the public area is not the place. Use the private room. After my massage, the person next to me was naked and well it wasn't pleasant to see. I will try my earbuds and relaxation music next time I go and see how that works.

5⭐️ For price point- I go every 2 weeks well worth the price! Where can you go and get a hour full body...

I wish I could give this place more than one star, but I can't. The massage wasn't bad. It was actually decent. My partner and I left an 18% tip to each person giving our couples massage. The 2 people that gave us our massage, and the person at the front desk looked at us strange, and did not accept the tip. One of the individuals who gave us our massage said, "You don't have more?". The man in front said, "You don't have more money?" I said, "No I don't. This is all that I have." I ended up walking out of the place to wait outside while my partner went to the bathroom. The man in front actually came out of the store to look for me. I couldn't believe it. He was asking me for more money until I interrupted him and gave him an extra tip. Needless to say, but that extra cash was going towards gas money. Either pay your workers more, or include tip in the price. Don't chase your customers into the parking lot hounding...
