In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This location on Western Ave in RPV needs to SERIOUSLY PLEASE GET TRAINED ON HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FRIES. (The other locations that DO know how to make great crispy fries are: Carson St, Inglewood, LAX area locations, and so far every stop on Hwy 5.)

YOUR crispy fries are so bad - they are consistently dried out and the furthest from crispy. It's like chewing on a piece of wood. This whole pile of fries (in the photo) is inedible: dried out and hollow. We've returned fries to you, and brought this to your attention multiple times over the years. We've talked to the customer service number, BUT NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL. Management is obviously prioritizing getting the cars pushed through over superior fries. That's why CARSON STREET is WORTH the drive time and effort - when we go to Carson EVERYONE is happy. Your RPV location on Western just doesn't take the TIME to do crispy fries right. The rest of your food is A+ ... Please please please take this to heart and give us what we know you can give us. We want to invest our money closer to home.

Seems the outdoor order taking girl should have worried less about her blush and false lashes and more on the customers. When we wait in the drive through line it usually means your driving your food home to enjoy with family and or friends, the last thing you want to do is come home to find the person paying for dinner didn't get their food! She missed putting it on the order completely the first thing ordered and she missed it. Too busy flirting with the cars with makes in them then paying attention to your customers. Thursday night I believe her name to be Ashlee but once realizing two older women weren't worth the attention to get an order correct, there was another cute guy in the next car so she rushed us through. I wanted to curse somebody inside out for missing it in our order to see inside would have been chewed out for her inability to keep work work and party time doesn't belong there it's not la singles club to be flirting. By the way .... Way too much blush way wrongly placed and it looked like you put 2 sets of false eyelashes on thinking she had one set. Take her off drive through and put her back in bathrooms please. The entire order wrong with the main persons order not even typed in. Won't be in and putting it...

I love this In-n-Out. Ever since I moved to my apartment down the street in late 2013, I've felt very fortunate to have an In-N-Out near me. This place has been consistently great ever since I started coming.

Typically, I use the drive thru whenever I come but occasionally I might eat inside if I hit up the Ralph's conveniently located in the same plaza. I think the drive thru is a little better overall and moves faster than eating in which is why I prefer it.

Now, the drive thru itself can get messy. That's my probably my only complaint with this location because of the way the little parking lot gets chained up to direct drivers. I feel if you want to eat here earlier, it's just better to eat inside. If you want to eat get food after 9:30, then take out becomes a better option. The drive thru can look intimidating but the staff keep the line moving efficiently.

The interior itself is quite clean. I think they did a small amount of re-modeling since the pandemic as it feels there might be less seating than before. But it's still a good place to stop off and probably the overall best burger joint in the...
