Affinity FCU overdrawing my account again. I just got off the phone with customer service as they stated no one can help me. As I do my payments to my credit cards every two weeks on Wednesday same time like clockwork and comes out by Friday. My account was 2 hours ago I get to the bank to add funds to it and they choose to overdrawn my account. Why am I making payments last week and you guys are taking it out a week later to post to the account. I’m not paying no fee. I do all my payments on Wednesday and you guys take it out today. You have rude customer service and not giving the same customer service when I first started. I’m not paying another damn fee. I’ve had an enough every time I make a charge you guys take it out when you choose almost a week later and now you want to post my charge. I’m not dealing with this nonsense I’ll find another credit union with less headaches. Your branch isn’t as respectful as they used to be very arrogant and rude and so is your customer service. Go to the drive thru the Caucasian heavy set guy doesn’t even greet me just says what you need then tells me to wait over 10 minutes then comes back and says here you go. Same thing on the phone your rude customer service and putting me in hold for over 20 minutes without checking in or nothing just leaving me on hold just to say they’re transferring the call. Then the second rep says she can’t help but she’ll pass the message along. A damn shame me and my family combined have over 15 accounts with them and looks like we’ll be going back to commercial bank or another credit union.
Update one of the managers called me still was rude moving to another bank today and closing my account...
Read moreThis is a shared branch of my Credit Union based in Dayton NJ.The Hillsborough NJ Branch is not yet open for customers, and doesn't have a drive through, so I went here hoping that I could utilize the same services here as Hillsborough. I came here and was not only pleasantly surprised, but left with a feeling of relief. I knew now that as long as I have my ID I can make deposits and access my Credit Union account like I had been previously. I had been there once or twice prior to this and always felt welcomed and appreciated, with the interior being spotless and the atmosphere friendly and open. I was greeted at the drive through by the same gentleman that served me inside some time ago, and I explained my issue to him. He was quite friendly and said that, yes, I can use this branch the same way. Amazingly enough, this was the first time I could make a deposit into an account in months. Had I driven there earlier, I would have written this earlier. But to the people I have interacted with at the window, they are always friendly and polite. The line moves quickly, and they always have a second for a smile or to inquire about your day. Great job, and greta job in...
