First off, I love Taco Bell. Probably my favorite fast food chain that exists. However, this particular location of Taco Bell seems to have undergone some massive employee, and management changes. I had been going to this Taco Bell for probably at least 10 years. Back then the service was lightning fast, never messed up an order, and stayed open until 12:00-1:00 AM. This new set of employees though, are much different. They close about an hour before their actual store closing times (sometimes even earlier), service is incredibly slow (drive through usually has 10-15 cars waiting in line with a 20-30 min per person wait time), and they always miss something in your order. I did not know that a Taco Bell would routinely close at 10 PM, or turn off all of the lights in the building to make it seem like they were closed, when they were open. Sometimes they would put a cone in the drive through at 9 PM saying that they are closed, for no apparent reason. Read morePlaced order online for pickup, stood in line waiting for someone to come to counter for 5 minutes, watched multiple people in back just standing around doing nothing. Manager walked by and asked if I had been helped, I replied with my order for pickup and he told me he would check me in and get it started, why did I order online just to stand and wait even longer for my food? As I stand here in line and write this there are two customers waiting to have their order taken and no one seems to care there's people waiting. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:06 it's now 7:42 and I still have no food. As one person stands in the back and watches 3 people make stuff he puts the completed item in the bag and just does only that. Management doesn't seem to care as a other member stands in back and talks on his phone. For the duration on me standing here for 30 minutes. Read moreI write this feeling extremely disrespected and disgusted. I just had the worst experience of my life at this Taco Bell. I ordered a vegetarian meal and halfway through I realized my Mexican pizza had a piece of steak on it. When I went back and explained the situation kindly, one of the staff members, who may have been a manager, dismissed my concern and said that it was not done on purpose. Her tone was condescending and she had a horrible attitude.
She proceeded to tell me that the meats and beans are kept together and that things happen accidentally. She then had the audacity to add that if I was a vegetarian I should not be eating in such places. When I continued to argue, she said that I wasn’t being understanding.
