Michaels — Attraction in Raritan Township

I stopped in here to see if I could find different stencils for the wood-burning projects I'm doing but they didn't have very many. While I was there I was followed around by multiple different associates, which I found extremely rude and uncomfortable. I asked 2 associates if they knew where the transfer paper was so I could transfer some of the images I printed out on to the wood pieces. The one told me she doesn't know and the other said they don't carry it. Come to find out they do carry it but I their prices were outrageous for it. I'm sorry but $3.99 for 2 9"×8" sheets is expensive. I can get it from another store for $4.99 which comes with 200 sheets and 3 styluses. Needless to say I won't be back to this store. 2 years ago we placed an order for pickup. That was a complete nightmare! Literally just 1 item I needed. Having 3 little kids with me, I really needed that pickup to be quick. Didn't happen. But this past Saturday we were in the store when we needed to use the restroom and it was just disgusting. 2 broken paper towel dispensers, no soap dispenser unless you call the bag they stuck under the hot water handle one. It was so disgusting knowing that their employees use this bathroom and then touch all the products in the store. This was not something that happened overnight, but due to long term neglect. Haley the manager at the Flemington store just saved the day. Balloons that were supposed to be sent from Uber inflated for a party tonight got delivered in a package!!! Haley got right to work on the phones and saved my brothers birthday. She has never. Met me and went over and above to help me.
