Great product. There is almost ZERO customer support or service. I received my order 6 days ago, well past their posted delayed shipping schdule. An item that showed in stock, was hand written in, as out of stock backordered. The immediately called, then sent a email for clarification and shipping on the said item. When I called during their posted hours I got a voice mail that stated they did NOT check their voice mail so they would NOT return any calls, but to send an email instead. Their website advised they were running 2 days behind, still no response from them 6 days later. I've call 2 times since the initial call 6 days ago after waiting the posted 2 days, still no answer. I worked 10 years as a customer service manager, I've NEVER seen such lack of customer service!
Update from my posting 35 minutes ago, I changed my rating from 2 stars. The owner Bobby contacted me and, Apparently the lack of communication was the result of an electronic diffuculty, as he advised that he "thought he emailed me back". I dont know if this quick response was due to the 2 star rating 35 minutes ago or not. He advised via email and updated me on my backordered item. I then emailed him back again.......and AGAIN NO return email or communication. I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY HAS A LACK OF...
Read moreFor years I've used BrewHardware primarily for grain, hops and yeast purchases. Bobby helped me to set up my two keg draft system in my keezer and it's been great. I had my first experience with his hardware repair service when I mistakenly overtightened my gas-is post without putting the dip tube in place first. Apparently when I tightened it, I galled the metal together (welded it in place with friction), and I resorted to popping the post clean off the keg trying to unscrew it. Thankfully, BrewHardware is only 10 minutes from my house, and HE DOES REPAIRS ON HOMEBREW EQUIPMENT!!! He was able to weld a new thread on my gas-in port and now I'm back to 2 working kegs, just in time for Thanksgiving! I couldn't imagine what I would do if didn't know about his repair/fabrication skills. I probably would have had to ship my keg somewhere across the country and pay more in shipping fees than the...
Read moreI’ve been buying all my equipment from brew hardware for the last 5 years. Built my first system which was a 15 gallon system with all camlock fittings and just finished building my new 1BBL system and have switched over to tri-clover fittings. Brew hardware has an amazing selection of parts IN STOCK at all times and has everything you need to build a system from the ground up. Fast shipping, quality parts and equipment. I’ve loooked elsewhere and brew hardware also has by far the best prices around. The only thing I’ve ever had to replace was a thermometer after 4 years of weekly use which was just due to normal wear and tear. I brew A LOT of beer and their equipment has held up to a lot of abuse. Have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and would recommend them over any other brewing supply...
