LEONARDO JEWELERS — Attraction in Red Bank

Review #2: The craftsmen / sculptors at Leonardo were able to double the size of an heirloom wedding band and replicate a pattern made in 1969. What the team did was incredible, fantastic as well as a wonderful thing. They are true artists dedicated to quality and craftsmanship. The newly enlarged ring is just beautiful and now has a new 'life,' for a new generation, thanks to the sculptors at Leonardo. Extremely grateful!

Review #1: I can't more emphatically express how happy I am with every aspect of this jeweler. From the team to the products, my expectation was excellence and they exceeded that whether I came in for a luxury brand watch repair or purchase of meaningful jewelry. Im grateful to have a NYC-class jeweler nearby.

I dislike long reviews however in this case, I believe it's worth it: They run a world class operation with the intimacy and flexibility of a small / local trusted business. The team mirrors the service level of some of the finest stores (jewelry, leather goods, etc) in the world. I have referred at least 4 friends.

When they cant service my timepiece to the highest standard, they have the relationships and certifications to work with the manufacturers - which speaks to Leonardo's level of all-around long-term level of quality and reputation. Its clear the Leonardo team strives to make 100% of customers 100% happy 100%...

I would not recommend this store for Rolex buyers. I walked into this AD looking to buy a Rolex, met with one of their owners and had really good conversation with him, he took my information（he never put my information in the system as later nobody never find it in the system) and the model that I requested, told me that he will get me the watch soon. I kept in contact with him once a while and visited their store in another location as well. Each time I met him he told me he was keeping an eye on me and in a few weeks I’ll get the watch. However he always offer me watches in other different brands or the rolex model that I never requested, and their staff ask me why not buy some jewelry for my family, why not clean jewelry here for them. It’s been years, I still haven’t get the watch that I requested. Now I know this family owned business just use the popularity of Rolex for their own business trying to do other watch brand business and their jewelry business, they are not selling Rolex to the real watch lovers. Rolex is closing many stores in the US, they should consider Leonardo jewelers next.

One more data point, one of my local friend put a request for a normal Dayjust, after a year he haven't got...
