Target — Attraction in Redlands

I got kicked out of Target Redlands with no warning by a manager name Stevie all because an employee feels uncomfortable with me. The explanation he gave me was my approach was bad and didn't elaborate on anything when I asked. I hardly even approach his team members no longer than 3-5 seconds either just being friendly or saying hi.

Basically, I am guilty until I am proven innocent. I am not a mind reader and can't control how people feels. Sadly, they escalated the issue to me getting kicked out and defaming my character like I intentionally want to make people uncomfortable. I will say this, if they can't handle being approached and get uncomfortable over little things, customer service isn't for them.

I worked customer service for seven years, no matter how I personally feel, I never kicked customers out unless they are violating store policies. Can't believe these Target employees would go that far based on their personal feelings.

Yet again, their work culture is not customer friendly at least for the night shift. I never really seen them greet the customers, offer help, don't seem approachable, and they come off authoritative when directing customers.

I been going to this Target for years. Use to be my favorite spot and the employees were more friendly. Now, these current Target employees created an environment where it's risky to approach them. Apparently, I can get kicked out as long as they feel uncomfortable and don't need a legitimate valid...

The store got rid of all their albums movies doesn't have much audio accessories anymore doesn't have any good products it's just like an empty warehouse and the products there are very cheap and Target is lost its edge it doesn't even seem it's like Big lots was it's just going down you can tell it won't be open much longer or like Sears it doesn't seem to want to make it better it seems like all stores are doing are trying to make everything cheaper quality and the customers don't even want to go there anymore cuz you can see the quality of everything is getting cheaper and everything just looks low class Target used to be the place you could go to and feel like you're getting something cheaper but you're still at an elevated shopping level now it feels like a 99 cent store very disappointing Target used to be my favorite store for decades now it looks like a 99 cent store that's going to close and this store used to be very nice but it's gotten a lot worse Target needs to revamp and go more high-end more quality get good products back in the store I mean who takes movies and music that's a stupid trend and I blame that on circuit City and Best buy but it's ruining stores all over without something to draw customers in you've got nothing no reason to go there are you send books magazines good quality clothes a great toy selection good things to go to the store look at make you want to buy something now I go to Target and just...

When the target store in Redlands was first built it was a beautiful store inside. The looked like an upscale middleclass store. Once a year I go in the store. The food prices are on the high side. When a building is old and the neighborhood changes and it is hard to rent out the buildings they are worn out and most renters strip the floor down to cement. You know you are not in a good neighborhood when you walk in. Well Targe too to years 2 remodel the store and strip it down. Now the store looks cheap and the outside is ugly!. I don't know what they were thinking. I am a general contractor and architect. If I were teaching a class I would use the store as not how to design. I know the floor might take less care and save money but it looks bad. I went in to buy large index cards and bought all 5 packs they had. I wanted bland but bought lined because that is all they had. I draw cartoons on them. The ink was smeared and lines were a mess and the ink bleads through to the back. The paper is recycled and you can't draw on recycled paper. I have had every brand there is. Just another example of the quality of Target. I hae no use for the...
