I had a very negative experience at the You Break I Fix in Central Plaza, Redlands, CA, due to the poor attitude and lack of assistance from the manager, Victor Chiquito. I observed another associate providing excellent customer service, which made my interaction with Mr. Chiquito even more frustrating. I brought in my replacement Samsung S24 Ultra that I had just received in to inquire about possibly getting a screen protector applied. Mr. Chiquito was unfriendly and dismissive. What was particularly unhelpful was his refusal to provide alternative contact information for a corporate store location. I asked him if he could assist me in getting this information and he said you can do it yourself, while I did agree and said I am most confidently capable of doing so I would like for you to assist in this matter to where his response was No I won't. I specifically asked for phone numbers or addresses of a nearby corporate store as opposed to franchises as Mr chiquito mentioned was one of his locations and was the reason he was unable to assist me in getting a replacement screen protector for my replacement device and he refused to provide any assistance. Their professional work completed exactly what was needed for my phone repairs, and also kept their word prior when Art said they would call me when the parts to repair my phone would become available. I really appreciate how friendly they are. I was helped by both Victor and Art at this particular store and they made sure I did not leave till all my questions were answered and I was completly satisfied. They also helped me with my wife's broken phone which means happy wife, happy life. Fixed it in less than 3 hours. I am most appreciative to have found this place as my new store for all my electronic repairs including my cell phone care and warranty. Thank you Victor for introducing Asurion for my repairs and Art for dedicating your time and calling me back. You both make this a perfect experience.
Update:11/22/24 went back to get my phone service and these guys remembered me. I think that's a good thing. Both Art and Victor are committed to excellent service. Not only did they immediately check that I hadn't damage the working system of the phone but they told me how to reach AT&T to file a claim right on the spot. They let me use both the landline and a personal phone so that I could be on the one phone with AT&T and my wife on the other to get personal information that they needed because I was far from home. Not only did the technician help me throughout the whole process Art was patient with me as my wife was having a hard time finding one intricate piece of information that I needed for AT&T to finish the claim file, I was on his phone for the better part of half and hour and the business landline that whole time too. I was told once the claim was emailed to them it would be another hour but Art had the phone ready in 15 minutes. Hands down the best customer service I've had in roughly 2 years. I know the scale is a 1-5 but I'd give them a 6 it was that pleasant of an experience especially when I had just done a 12 mile hike and then driven all the way out of the mountains to their store without having eaten for 8 hours, they...
