Negatives: • High price. Nearly $50 per ticket is high! I feel it should be closer to $30-$40 per ticket. • Food is basic. Burgers, grilled chicken, hotdogs are options. No seasoning, no lettuce or toppings. Fries are only option for sides. • Paint is faded on many of the attractions including the giant snake head slide. • Signage for the water slides needs improvement, it is hard to tell how to navigate to the large snake slide. I heard many guests confusion on this, not just me. It’s also hard to know that you need a raft for the green and pink slides and the only height measurement is at the top of the stairs. • Need height measurements around the park so parents can know if their child is tall enough for the slides and which slides are suited to certain ages. • Dip n’ Dots station only took cash. It is 2024, use Square, Toast, Clover or many of the cashless POS systems available. Also $6 for a small cup is way over priced. • The black slip preventer mats on the stairs were very hot. Consider using white or blue to keep the stairs cool. • A map of the park inside the park, near the lockers, would be a nice addition to help new guests.
Positives: • Food is offered at the River Safari Cafe • Plenty of sauce options including ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce. • Fun for all ages all day long • Water slides are exciting and fun • Plenty of seating • Lockers are a nice option to have • Umbrellas near cafe were nice to keep cool • Pavilions are nice to have to keep cool • Bridges made navigating the park easy • Loved the...
Read moreAlways a blast at Jungle Jim’s! This was our second visit to Jungle Jim’s in Rehoboth—my daughter’s daycare does an annual field trip here, and it’s quickly become a summer highlight. The park is clean, well-run, and perfect for younger kids, older kids, and adults. My six-year-old had an amazing time again this year, and I have to give a special shoutout to the lifeguards—they were incredibly kind and patient with her, which made me feel confident and relaxed as a parent. A tip for families: pack a lunch and enjoy a picnic outside the park. There are shaded areas and spots near the parking lot that work great. It’s a nice break from the crowds and gives you a chance to recharge. One downside is the bag check policy. They confiscate all snacks and drinks except a bottle of water, which I understand to a degree, but it felt excessive. Once they take the drinks, they are placed in one of two large coolers behind the plastic table they sit behind at the entrance. I brought Gatorades for my family and when I went to retrieve them from the desk area, only one was left. Apparently, anyone can claim items, which seems like a flawed system for a park with such a high price tag and a more “premium” feel. I’d love to see them invest in a better way to manage this. Still, the overall experience was fantastic, and we’ll absolutely be back next year. Jungle Jim’s is a great spot for family fun—just plan ahead and leave the drinks &...
