Wawa — Restaurant in Delaware

Every single time I come here there is only 2 people working Jennifer and the man in the “kitchen” they are also the only people who don’t talk to you like your garbage because your in there getting a door dash. This woman in this picture in the blue hat works often (unfortunately) and just told me my door dash was like number 417 and they were on number 350 something (my order which consisted of ice cream, ice tea, and cookies) okay so I go and wait 10 minutes and I don’t see any employees walk to get any of the stuff in my order so I ask Jennifer if it was ready yet and turns out it had been back behind the counter in the kitchen MELTING the whole time the other blue hat lady just wanted to get smart ans be ignorant… I watched her be rude to at least 3 other customers while I was in there this is getting ridiculous when it’s the same people who cause issues every time and the store does...

Love this Wawa, and so does everyone else in town. It has gas pumps and Tesla charging stations, which is super convenient if you're traveling. The gas prices are pretty much on par with other stations in the area, and they're open 24/7, which is a huge plus.

Inside, they’ve got the usual selection of cold drinks and prepackaged snacks, along with their extensive menu of hoagies and other food made to order. Their hot coffee bar is extensive. The store is relatively clean. The bathrooms are decent, nothing special but they get the job done.

The staff is friendly, even though they’re probably dealing with a lot of different customers throughout the day. So props to them! Overall, it's a convenient stop, but I do wish their prices were a little lower. Still, if you're in the area and need to refuel or grab a bite, it’s a great option. Boy has this wawa gone downhill. I work late and stop here or doordash from this place all the time. They ALWAYS mess your order up. To the point I will have to think about what the simplest items I can order are so that they can't make them wrong or leave anything out. It seems purposeful at this point - when you get a sandwich with zero toppings that's someone being too lazy to read a screen or finding some way to stick it to the customer because they are mad they have to work a night shift. The ladies that work in here at night are so rude and give you the evil eye just for walking in late at night. I will be following up with your corporate (if that means anything) I have wasted far enough money to receive the wrong products repeatedly.
