I am from out of town, but my hair was extremely damaged and looked horrible as a result of me trying to box dye it myself. I called Karla Vanessa Salon to see if I could get in to get it fixed and they were able to get me in the next day. Not only were they kind enough to get me in the next day, but she spent 5 hours fixing my hair and the end result is better than I could have hoped for given the condition my hair was in before! The mom and daughter did and extremely great job, and they were so nice and accommodating while I was there. Life savers for fixing my hair!! I would 100%...
