The irony in an AYCE buffet having the audacity to peddle health food propaganda in my face in an AYCE buffet of all places. Do we as fat people have no more safe spaces? #onlyfoods #restauranttiktok #needforfeed #fyp #washoecounty #renotok #buffettok

Hotel itself was quite nice and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They have signs to let everyone know that they are undergoing some renovations and my room did seem like some of the furniture was a bit worn, bit overall a nice room. Was there for a convention and it was nice to have the bridge that connects to hotel to the convention center, however, on Sunday, the bridge was closed and we had to walk outside with luggage in the rain from the convention center to the hotel. We were quite annoyed as there wasn't any warning with any signs on the way to the center so that we could maybe plan ahead. And never saw a reason for the closing of the bridge. Might it have been because it was a Sunday end of day. Well there are many vendors with luggage staying at the hotel which makes it an issue if you don't know. I will say that after traveling to my room and the key card wouldn't work and having to trek back down to the front desk and letting them know, it seems the battery just needed changing, and I didn't have to wait to long before maintenance showed up and get me back in to my room. So I totally appreciated that. Being a Californian where smoking is prohibited in hotels and casinos, I was hesitant on how much I would reek of smoke. And thankfully it wasn't quite as bad. My room also didn't reek or smell of cigarette smoke. I was grateful for that.

Definitely my best hotel experience this far in my lifetime. We had a spa suite, king size bed, decent view, access to the 25th floor lounge (came with three spa suite). Hotel staff was nice and pleasant. Our room hadn't been remodeled yet so it was still the older style but it was still very nice,l. The hot tub with some candles and some alcohol is the perfect setup for a nasty night with by your significant other. Hot tub/jacuzzi worked very well, enough space for two people. Although I never understood a TV in the bathroom, I must admit to a certain amount of luxury appreciation from watching first take from the toilet after just drinking a margarita at 8am, I can get used to this luxury life. The Atlantis ia kinda off out of the way from some of the local Hotspot but it has everything you would need close by. I look forward to seeing how the remodeled spa suites look. If I'm traveling with wife, only a spa suite will do, nothing else is good enough. I really did enjoy it. Although I didn't get to take advantage, the hotel had an arcade that looked decent and blackjack and poker tables in the middle of the casino floor that looked a good deal better than the electronic machines. Truly a great experience.

First time staying here after I received a brochure in the mail offering card members a stay starting at $69.00 Sunday thru Thursday. When I saw the room, I thought it was spacious, beautiful and it had an amazing view of the mountains, airport and downtown Reno. The king sized bed was comfortable but I had no use for the jacuzzi tub. I prefer showers. I do give a bonus for the tv in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I did wake up with 5 bites which dimmed the stay. I didn’t win at the casino but I did enjoy dinner and breakfast at the Purple Parrot. The second floor has an amazing and affordable happy hour and I go there frequently. I had an issue that my room had been upgraded without my knowledge. I didn’t find this out until I got home and looked at my bill via email. I spoke to a few people including a manager who could use a few courses in good customer service. Maybe it’s a lack of training or communication. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Not sure if I will stay again but I will still eat there. I will be more careful to check my statements before I take the keys or return them.

It was my first time visiting and staying at this establishment. I was only here on a brief business trip for a day. The accommodations were excellent, and I have no complaints. The service was not exceptional, but considering that it is a casino, they had other priorities to attend to. It was certainly a bustling and lively environment. If you enjoy casinos, this is the ideal place for you. The prices for lodging were quite reasonable. I will certainly consider them for my future travel accommodations.

This room was absolutely beautiful. We had a jacuzzi in our room. The room was huge and clean! They are doing construction in some rooms, but they aren't noisy. It's great to have the casino downstairs. They have indoor pool, restaurants, and bars. Overall, great experience and lovely location will definitely go back.
