After nearly six years as a loyal customer of Regus Renton Triton Towers, I’m disappointed to share an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. I’ve been unable to update my payment method using their app—a critical feature for managing business services. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of support from the Regus team. Repeated attempts to seek assistance have gone unanswered, leaving me without a solution.
Regus, as a company that positions itself as a partner for business needs, I expect better. Basic functionality and reliable customer support should not be too much to ask for, especially from a long-standing customer.
