NOT-Exceptional Experience as mentioned in Subwayâs vision statement.
I go in around 6:00PM and there is a couple infront of me who orders two tuna footlongs. It is then my turn, and I ask for one tuna footlong.
I am STARVING, and I see the container of tuna is running low. The employee does not tell me anything about the tuna being low. Instead he scoops tuna and on the last scoop spreads what he has left to cover 2 scoop lengths, with bare bread at the ends!! Not to mention, I wanted double meat but I knew that wasnât going to happenâŚ
I ask him, âDo you have any more tuna?â He replies with âNo itâs outâ. I ask âYou donât have any more tuna that you can make in the back?â He replies with âNo itâs out. When you go to KFC and they tell you the chicken is out, the chicken is out, right? Itâs out.â He then asks me why I am fighting with him. I didnât know asking for more tuna was considered fighting..?
On top of this, when he asks me what cheese I would like I tell him that I would like extra cheese, american please. He doesnât even spread the cheese out to be even! Two cheese here, one cheese there.

   Read moreToday 02/24/2022 at or between 10:56am or 11:01am, I was inside this specific location to order my sandwich, the guy was doing something else when I entered and I say âhiâ to him, he looked at me from top to bottom and started taking my order, by the time I started paying, I asked him if he is Ok if I tip him, he said, âno, itâs Ok!â and hit a skip button by himself (I can do that too) and, I thought today is Friday and I said â can I get the todayâs deal or discount since it is Friday?â The guy looking at me again and said âno no no ⌠â and goes, pointing to my company car and said âI donât know how could you get a job/work there â ⌠and many more ⌠I am like, â bro ⌠are you OK?â and there is nothing related to my work just because I forgot the day⌠I forgot today is Thursday for some reason and I donât have to argue with him, paid and left with different things going on in my brain, I even thought, because of my skin color and my broken English ⌠too much thinking. I will contact subway to see what their answers for this kind of bad customer service and personal opinions...
   Read moreI ordered a sandwich through the subway website and not only did they send the gig through a third party (DoorDash) they got my order wrong. When I discovered it was wrong I tried to call to get it fixed for 20 minutes before I had to drive out to the store to try to fix the problem. When I got there they had complicated systems in place that prevented me from getting a full refund. (Since it went third party the store didnât get the full payment and since I didnât go through DoorDash I had no recourse with them) The manager and I spoke for 20 mins before he agreed to a partial refund and a replacement sandwich (I just wanted my money at this point). I will not ever go back to this subway. Lastly, I have family who have worked food industry for 20 years so I go even further out of my way to be kind to the workers on their behalf and all the over taxes workers. This is the first bad review Iâve ever left and it is because of the convulsed systems and refusal of management to just refund...
