DISHONEST PRICING! On the board and on the counter they show you a price but they charge you higher than the price listed. I noticed this as I was waiting for my drinks and asked the ladies who were working there. They told me that the price has been bumped up for a month but the owner refuse to update the sign. For real?! What's up with that? Is it that hard to put a new post it note? Even it's only 25 cents more per drink but that's really dishonest and if you have 100 customers that's $25 extra that you're dishonestly charging them.

Save money and get yummier boba nearby at Cherry de Pon. We usually go there but it was closed so we went to Oasis. The pricing there is actually cheaper AND tax is already included. This place USED to be better (+1 star for history). Usually closes early - be prepared! Staff isn't outright rude but makes no attempts at good customer service. I used to go all the time, but for the last year or so, it's gone downhill. I still have several stamp cards for free drinks but I'm not going to use them. I stopped coming here because the guy who works there is extremely rude. I gave this place a few chances thinking he was having a bad day, but based on the other reviews, he obviously lacks customer service skills. The bubble tea isn’t that great anymore. I rather go to Sharetea at the Landing instead! Better quality drinks and much friendlier staff.
