I drive by this shop every day and it’s busy. I wanted a couple small things done. 2 tweeters installed in dash and a third brake light. After I scheduled that job, I asked about bass options. He had suggested a powered sub and showed me video and pics of a truck that was exact same as mine. He put the same sub in that truck and said it fits perfectly behind seat. My truck is brand new so I was a little Leary. The price was surprisingly low, since I had been at car toys looking around at their prices as well. When I picked truck up I decided to buy the powered sub and scheduled install. The job was spectacular and the sub pounds far beyond what I was expecting. It also came with bass control which is needed. I will be getting 4 more speakers and an amp installed as well. His suggestion for that job was much less than what I thought I would need. I suggested more expensive stuff and he said it wasn’t necessary for what I wanted to accomplish. Had he agreed I would have believed him. His prices match internet so there’s no reason to buy your own stuff and have him install. So far both experiences have been very positive and the people are extremely nice and helpful. Laura and her husband Luis took the time to talk to me about what my options were for fixing my car stereo system. I came to them after being ripped off the week prior by another dealer who was in Burien, and that dealer overcharged me for work that led me to have a stereo without CarPlay and the radii antenna not attached, and..the microphone attached to the left side of the drivers head (preventing the visor from fully being placed to block light coming from the side). After listening to my horror story, Laura took the time to explain to me all of my options. Luis gave me a little discount on his labor, and in a few hours, he replaced my car radio (so that I now have CarPlay!) , re-positioned to microphone so that it is now discreetly centered under my rear view mirror. I recommend this place over and over and the reason being.... I have gone to about eight different stores to find somebody who even had HID headlights or even knew what the hell I was talking about lol and this place not only had them but they also have the ballasts that I need and for a very cheap price and I even put them in myself after they did the diagnosis so that way I only paid for the diagnosis and the parts and I did my own labor. They are a very friendly couple who owns it and they even have a cute shop dog named rocky !
