Small theater/venue. Went to see a play and it was cute. The seats were actually comfortable with decent leg room. The inside could definitely use some deep cleaning... When you have a four foot dust line showing when the lighting is on, it's hard to miss. Besides what looked like newerish ptz led addressable lights. The stage lighting seemed pretty old and dark in many areas. The sound engineer did a decent job with the many channels they had to deal with. The sound set up worked for what they needed. Overall not a bad little venue to hold events. Parking spots are a tad small for larger vehicles. I believe the city of Renton runs it with another group... Access around the theater is interrupted by intermittent sidewalks that, when available, have deep puddles. I don't recommend coming here by bus from Seattle, or during the rainy season.
