Northgate Shopping Center — Attraction in Revere

Northgate has everything, since Zayres and Fretters were in business. Still does and always will be the shopping staple in Revere and surrounding towns. From food establishments of fast food, dine in restaurants, and even breakfast spots, if you're hungry or thirsty, it'll be quenched in or around the Northgate shopping center. There are a few businesses that have been there since the 60s and then there are some who have only been there for a couple years, but you get treated respectfully at every point in the shopping area. Truly one of the best locations that you could put a strip mall for business, access and convenience. Northgate is a couple minutes away from Boston itself but is a couple seconds away from rte. 1 NORTH/south , depending on where you are going. North to north shore and all points beyond, Gloucester, Hampton, Portsmouth, Rockingham etc.. caribou Maine if you want. Also access RTE. 128 from northbound RTE 1, to go to Liberty tree mall, topsfield fair or Lowe's theater. 128 will also bring you to RTES. 3+93 North to the Lowell connector and all points beyond to Concord new Hampshire and the white mountains. LOCALLY in Revere rte. 16, Revere Beach parkway, and 107 North to Lynn and Salem. LIKE I SAID YOU COULDN'T DROP THAT SHOPPING CENTER IN A BETTER PLACE. there is plenty of handicapped parking, and plenty of wheelchair accessible ramps and doorways all over the center. Market Basket is here and it is the cleanest one I have ever been to. Parking is ample, and they offer a wide selection. A Burlington Coat factory or whatever they're calling it now, it is so chaotic in this place! It usually a disaster, stuff tossed everywhere. The staff is rude and the lines are a nightmare. If your into buying clothing that has been trampled over by multiple people this is your go to place. Sally beauty is here as well, great store. A Family Dollar that is disgusting, the smell alone in here will have you running out. A Payless shoe store, it's a typical Payless, not much to say on it. Some clothing store that honestly sells the most ridiculous looking things, the quality is so bad and the style is low rent. Edible arrangements is here, I've NEVER seen anyone in there but I think most their business is orders and deliveries. There's a CVS Pharmacy, Fast food, Grocery Store, Clothes, Cell phone, Hairdresser and more. The parking is usually good. Market Basket is the worst to find a spot and most the workers are rude in every way, if you ask them what asile an item is in, they lie or say they don't know. THE WORKERS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, THEY LOOK RIGHT AT YOU AND LAUGH (I KNOW THESE LANGUAGES AND I'VE SEEN THEM DO IT TO PEOPLE AND THEY DID IT TO ME TILL I SAID SOMETHING BACK IN THEIR LANGUAGE!! HAD TO GET MANAGER HE STUCK UP FOR THEM TILL I FOUND OUT WICH DAY ANOTHER MANAGER WORKED THAT SPOKE ENGLISH AS WELL, HAVEN'T SEEN THOSE WORKERS SINCE. THAT USED TO HAPPEN IN THE CHELSEA MARKET BASKET, I THOUGHT IT WOULD CHANGE IN REVERE AND NO IT DIDN'T! I DON'T CARE IF YOU SPEAK GREEK, RUSSIAN, SPANISH OR ASIAN, ETC.. THE LANGUAGE OF THE U.S. IS ENGLISH!! SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE AT HOME. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER COUNTRY AND NOT LEARN THE CULTURE WHEN YOUR IN YOUR HOME YOU SPEAK, PRAY ETC.....
