Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Rexburg

What an awesome addition to Rexburg! The store is clean, well-organized, and just as great as the other Hobby Lobby locations I’ve shopped at in the past.

We visited about a week before the 4th of July and were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of festive decorations still available. Customer service at checkout was kind, fast, and super efficient, which made our shopping trip even more enjoyable.

We were there to grab supplies for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. While the bachelorette/wedding section wasn’t the most stocked, the few items we did find worked out perfectly in the end.

There’s plenty of parking for now, just a heads up that could change once the new business next door opens.

Definitely check it out for all your holiday, event, or everyday decorating needs. So glad to have a Hobby Lobby...

I am very disappointed in the Hobby Lobby in Rexburg. They have great items but trying to get help from anyone in the different departments is ridiculous. I stood at the frame counter for 10 minutes and rang the bell 3 or 4 times and no one came to the counter to help me. And then I went up front and asked the supervisor if I could get help at the frame counter, he paged the employee. I went back and waited at the frame counter for another 15 minutes and still no one came. I ended up putting all of the stuff I was going to buy away and left, but I made sure the supervisor know that no one ever showed up. Nice people but highly disorganized, I ordered a coat hanger shoe thing from them well over a month ago was told they get stuff in on Wednesdays and that they would call me. Second week happens so I go in and ask about it again super nice but they dont l, no problem. 2 weeks turns into 3, turns into 4 and then 5 and no call at all. Go in today ask about it different people there guy runs off and comes back with what I ordered only its not the price I recalled it was quite a bit higher and they just blew me off saying its always discounted and no one tried to find my slip with all the info and price. Pretty bad honestly still bought the thing, not worth the effort to fight it or cause a scene but...
