Had a bit of a disappointing experience with them last month. The shop itself looks great and has a magical vibe, but the owners just seemed kinda mechanical and, well, seemed a lot more like jocks than people who genuinely enjoyed the fantasy genre (of course, jocks can like Harry Potter, but I hope you know what I'm trying to say). It felt like they were just taking advantage of a business opportunity, but they weren't really into the stuff they were selling. Additionally, the lady who was there at the computer/card reader was having a loud, personal conversation with some other people there the whole time my wife and I were there. I kinda made it difficult to enjoy...

This is such a wonderful place to go. There's a great variety of things to create and so, so many options to customize.

The owner is a great guy too. We had never used quill and ink before, but he was more than happy to show us the basics and allow us to practice.

We also created wands. On mine I wanted to layer the paint, and sand it at home to give it depth and a weathered look. The owner had sand paper on hand that he let me use right there in the shop!
