Save & Tell Outlet and Furniture — Attraction in Rialto

Today was my second time ever at this place. They had many deals going and all was going great. Found mainly everything i wanted and needed while finishing up my Christmas shopping. Three tables displayed shoes all designer for kids and were selling for five dollars a pair. I went through everything on the tables and even some bins that were under the tables where there was incomplete sets, smashed boxes, weird sizes, items on clearance under five dollars, unpopular ones and etc. I managed to match two out of the leftovers and got lucky to have made a decent pair. Continued shopping. Took my purchases up front where i asked the cashier again if all childrens shoes were five dollars. She confirmed saying all kids shoes were just five dollars I put my stuff up on counter. She began to ring stuff up including several other pairs of kids shoes. All but one pair she refused to sell, saying it was too nice of a pair and most likely wasnt for sale. I explained how i worked at finding those going thru ruble basically but she just stared and said they were really nice and couldnt selle those and they didnt sell thst brand here and lots of other excuses she made. She grabbed them and said she was taking them to the back. I stated my case saying theyre in store and amongst all the other shoes and items. I happened to find and pair them up but she still took them from me. She then offered me a dollar off another of the pairs and kept trying to be sympathetic and making it seem as if i was getting a steal of a deal. I feel robbed basically. She needs to reevaluated for being a dishonest employee. I want the owner to carefully watch video. Dated 12-22-21 this occurred at 530 pm and by the way she lied about the dollar off the boots. I see no reason for her to get away with this. Its unfair and wrong. Im very upset! Thats a shady business practice! Im boycotting. ...

ATTENTION ATTENTION Do not purchase furniture from this place and I repeat do not purchase furniture from this place. You will be waiting weeks for your furniture. They do not give you a date on when you will get this furniture. You pay your money and lie and told me I was getting my furniture it’s been almost 3 weeks and they still have no update on my furniture. Then they had the nerves to have someone call my phone just to tell me that the furniture still wasn’t there. What was the point of the call? Do not waste your time find somewhere else to purchase your furniture. It will save You time and stress just...

We stopped by looking to purchase curtains, covers and blankets and we came out with a sofa and love seat. The prices were outstanding and the customer service was great. Alicia went out her way to make sure we were taken care of and there was wiggle room in the price that they saved us some money. And who doesn't like saving some extra cash during these trying times. If you are in the middle of a remodel, or a real estate agent and you want show room ready. This is a one stop shop for all your needs! I highly recommend this place for quality...
