Kickbacks Barbershop & Salon — Attraction in Rich Township

Brought my son in for a cut, signed in and took a seat. All chairs were full. 20 minutes later a barber walks in from break and walks past my son and I and asked another patron were they waiting on someone. Then proceeded to tell them to come to his chair. I looked up and asked what was the purpose of the sign to sign in if they were gonna just ignore it. Said he didn't see us come in. So we waited for about another 45 minutes for anyone of the 6 barbers to finish their clients. Bottom line is......very poor customer service! Very clean place but horrible...

This is a laid back place to get a haircut. The atmosphere there is friendly, and every barber is highly skilled & professional.

They take their time while cutting your hair. I get out the chair, satisfied with my lining every time. Every customer has their go to barber, well, Boonie is mine.

The brother is highly skilled with the razor, and again, truly professional! When I receive excellent service, I don't mind tipping, and neither will you, if you're a tipper!

I highly recommend Kickbacks barbershop for all of your grooming needs fellas.

First time visitor. My son was not pleased with his lining. I also didn't think his lining was sharp but didn't want to say too much about it. He saw Darryl who didn't seem friendly when we met him. His old barber is now too far away so looking for another good barber. We will come back and see someone else on our next visit.
