Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Rich Township

I been at this location a couple of times and every time I been there the cashiers are really rude, I hope the manager read my complaint and do something about it. They have a job because “ we” the customers shop the products. They are working at the wrong place they DON’T have customer service at ALL. I just called the manager and he said he’ll do something about it 🙏.

This is my second time going back after my post, the first time the cashier lady was super nice. Today the lady with a winter hat on was super rude, she was the same lady that I complained about with the manager. Even the guys that were unpacking the items were greeting people . Maybe she has something against Hispanics 🤷‍♀️ because a white customer was in front of me and she was kind of nice with that person ( She is black). Hey, how about a box...? I've been shopping at GFS for years, and have never had a bad experience. However, today I go in there with my Pastor & we buy like 120 hamburgers & 120 dogs for a church event. Also, purchased the buns. My Pastor says, should we grab some boxes to box up the buns. I told him not to worry, they always offer boxes. And they do, everytime I'm there. Ironically the day with my Pastor, and after telling him they'll box up our order, and it's the largest order I've ever place at GFS, they didn't. Didn't offer, and didn't even help after we started doing it ourselves. Not a big deal in scheme if things, but I'm hoping I can chalk this up to irony & continue to get the good service I've been a custom...
