Update: There was no Theft! he keys were returned: We got home after a little calm Period and checked our car. My Sony portable speaker has been stolen! They had went through our belongings in the rear. Jesus this sounds more Hateful than an Oil Change Issue! It was a Brutal Public Attack! Hatred!

I have been with the Dodge Jeep family over a decade. They felt like Family with Ron Asouf being an honorable, respectful, hard working sales Expert and He was kind.
That Spirit has been ripped out of the Brand at the Matteson Illinois location. I purchased a new vehicle in 2023 which included a designated number of “Free Oil Changes”.
My husband made an appointment for our last free oil change and made that fact clear!
We show up for appointment and check–in goes well. We sit in Waiting area a few minutes and a man starts a conversation as He grabs a water.
He was Talking about Trade in or up. My husband wasn't really paying him any attention but I was so I said “Trade” Yes.
Now I wasn't in the market for a car because my car has less than 12000 miles but I was interested in seeing what they had to offer.
Point: Deal didn't pan out! Whew
The Salesman was angry and accused me of lying about my personal info, sarcastically of course. He continued to think of ways to sway me into the purchase of: Not a New car for my 2023 Trade in but a Used 2023 with 5000 miles and get this! The car was not at the location because it was in the loaner program and another client had it while their car was getting serviced.
We asked about our car and He said it was ready. When we arrived in the Service area they said two more minutes. We went back to the waiting area… Here comes this young man in training and He says okay you need to go to the Cashier and attempted to hand my husband a bill to pay for the Oil Change.
My Husband explained this was our last free oil change. Then another young blonde man come in front of the entire Service Office Clients and All! He walked towards the Cashier as He loudly, Rudely, Disrespectfully paraded through the Office and made a spectacular of himself and basically did not care about the Brand.
He accused us repeatedly of trying to scam Dodge out of a free oil change! Please Oil Change! Do you know how many cars I paid off with Dodge? No because you were so busy trying to impress the Trainee and your audience; You stepped on a loyal dodge customer and I don't tolerate Disrespect!
In this case, He held my car keys hostage. I am 67 years old, disabled, 4th Stage Kidney Failure, Congestive Heart Failure and Sciatica and severe back pain amongst other… I am always in pain! Why on earth would I put gas in my car and go somewhere I was really too sick to go too but I went. For a oil change scam, It's not close by.
I have children older than this alleged manager/Trainee?
Whatever, now I am extremely ill. My Blood Pressure High, Heart Pounding. The act itself was overwhelming initially! But after thinking: The more things change The more they stay the same! The Disrespect is real! I think the Con Artist Salesman and the Preppy young Blonde Trainee seeking Clout and Instant Gratification should be Fired on the Spot! Just adding, calculating: Everything really went from Nice to Nasty after the Sheisty Car salesman Sale didn't go through!
Hmmm.
I recommend based on my Service today that you Do Not shop or visit South Oak Dodge Jeep Ram in Matteson, Illinois.
If a Brand can Not respect loyal customers with a minimum of treating them with dignity and respect!
Do Not Patronage Them!
Stop Rewarding people for mistreating you!

I had to call (3) times about finding out whether or not there was a second set of keys for the used vehicle we purchased. I have been trying to get a hold of the finance department and have been told I'd get a call back end of day, the manager just went into a meeting someone will call once he's out to connect you.... How many more times do I need to call. Or are they just buying their time to get out of the situation that caused me to call... Pretty much tell me "ma'am, we can't do anything anymore because it's been over a month".... xyz
UPDATES BELOW: 10/14 - 3:24P Thank you for the response, and call from the finance manager, same day as my initial review. Spoke with him for a few minutes trying to figure out a resolution. Told me he'd call back.... Still waiting again

Friday 10/18 -2:12P Leo calls me to tell me my husband will have to go to the DMV since he's been on the phone with the State waiting.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PROVING ME RIGHT! Again, BEWARE future customers. Make sure every little bit of your information is correct otherwise you'll never get assistance from a dealership once you sign on the dotted line!
And my husband also confirmed with me that he did INDEED tell you to add his second last name, AS WHAT IT STATES ON HIS DRIVERS LICENSE.
Never again will I do a search for a vehicle that is 45 minutes out for little to no customer...

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues regarding my vehicle's brake repairs at your dealership.
Originally, I brought my car in for a diagnostic test and was informed that I needed new rotors. My car was kept at the dealership for over 24 hours. However, upon leaving, I immediately noticed a noise from both the front and back brakes and experienced vibration in the steering wheel.
I returned to the dealership, and your mechanics indicated that the rotors were warped. Despite leaving my vehicle for further inspection and repairs, the vibration and noise persisted. To date, I have brought my vehicle back six times without any resolution.
During my appointment last week, both Eric and you assured me that I would receive a call by 12:00 PM on Monday and be provided with a loaner vehicle while you re-examined my car. Unfortunately, this issue remains unresolved, and I am still experiencing the same problems.
This situation is unacceptable. I initially brought my car in for a diagnostic test and ended up with additional issues. I have paid for services that have not been satisfactorily completed, and despite multiple promises, there has been no effective resolution.
