UPDATE #2: Personal response - I have kept EVERY last email cancelation notice for each canceled or rescheduled appointment I initiated & EVERY LAST ONE of them was well outside your so called 24-72hr notice window, which gave you ample time to re-book. Once again, I stand behind my early review & do not recommend this business. Given our current economic position during these, I strongly recommend investing your dollars elsewhere. You can find better skincare at other local businesses with more professionalism or simply through your own personal skincare routine.

UPDATE: The owner, Beverly Blair, has since decided to engage in an email battle over my refusal to pay a deposit and informing her services were no longer needed - she has since been blocked so it's unknown is she continues to respond. All this has done is reiterate and reinforce her lack of professionalism, which I reviewed previously, when doing business. This has completely turned me off to the esthetician industry.

I don't recommend this establishment. Has no regard for their own cancelation policy. I had to cancel a few of my appointments for financial reasons - all canceled or rescheduled well within the listed guidelines - then the owner sends me an email, after she canceled the rest of my appointments, and demanded a deposit for them. I was extremely pleased with my visit. Beverly was very friendly. She educates on skincare needs thoroughly. I went for a level 1 chemical peel and throughout the process she made sure I was comfortable. She provided me with exceptional customer service. I have already booked my next appointment. I will be a lifetime customer. I have already seen a difference in my skin and this is only day 3. I actually saw a difference when she finished the same day. My face was more radiant. I can't wait for my next pamper session. One thing I do suggest is to book when you see the appointment you want because if you leave that slot and come back looking for it, I can almost guarantee it will be gone.
