Purchased a refillable torch lighter after seeing regular Bic going for $5âŚbought in good faith was working lighter after half-an-hour being unable to light it I returned to the store to discuss its non-functionality. The store clerk immediately said I broke the butane tank nozzle (I didnât) then stated itâs because the lighter and/or fuel is too cold so itâs not working properly. Not taking him as some sort of expert I asked to confirm if I am unable to get it working if I can bring it back, the clerk responded with skepticism stating all the lighters work. Well, needless to say lighter manufacturers do not in fact have a perfect production line that has 0.0% fail rate, as well as the supply chain that transported the item through multiple transactions and locations and also including a market that certainly doesnât include individuals that might damage a product. For good measure let me close out this list with one more possibility: act of God. Pending a better resolution than being told I damaged the nozzle to fill it and that ALL of their lighters work I will update this review and rating accordingly.
Until then be advised this business sells faulty products and does not resolve any such sales in a professional manner. However yesterday (4/13/25 between 5:30pm-6pm) my husband and I came in and the encounter we had with one of your employees was less than kind. We were looking at items in the glass case and there was a woman sitting behind the counter, my husband asked NICELY if we could see a couple things and the women scoffed and said some really snotty thing about being on her break and she had food and was eating so that should have been obvious to us. My husband said âoh, sorryâ and walked away to grab another employee. She grabbed her food and stomped away but not before saying âJesus Christâ very loudly âunder her breathâ she was so rude and so nasty and I almost popped off on her which she would have been in the wrong but I didnât feel like causing a scene. Whoever that lady was she needs to learn manners and people skills because that was not okay. If she was having a bad day that wasnât our fault and if she was getting tired of being bothered on her break she should have gone and eaten in the back to begin with or hey she could have just been nice about it.    Read moreI have been going to this store for over 12 years, and they have always taken care of me. the family that owns this business has always been kind and helpful. they have always worked with me if anything went wrong with a purchase. i have rarely if ever regretted a purchase and they have always valued my feedback. as someone who again has been going here a long time they remember me which i don't expect them too so when they do it always pleasantly surprises me. What i am trying to say is this, the customer service they provide and they way the go about it is something i think a lot of other business's could learn from. cause this store is always the first store i go to if i need anything tobacco related. i still have the machine i bought from them to pack my own cigarettes from over 8 years ago. they even showed me how to roll my first cigarette back in the day (hand rolling cigarettes was not easy for me). so don't listen to any reviews that are bashing their quality of service. the place is clean well organized and the staff are amazing and like i said when things go wrong they take care of it. that said things don't...
