The manager at rainbow And The store associates Are so awesome, and they do not mind staying just a little bit later In order to ring Up customers!!! my favorite store to go to whenever I get A free moment!! I also love marshals , but not this one At the Richfield hub period the store associates refuse to help you look up the price of an item and they're obvious section of the store where they are working PERIOD if there was an app to Do It Myself. I would do it if there was a scanner available to scan, I would use it. I absolutely Cannot stand asking for help anyway, but if i'm super interested in buying a product and your store associate doesn't want to look up the price for me so I can buy it, What does that ultimately mean? If customers can't find prices on their own, they'll go find it in a different store and spend their money? Not with you. I'm not quite sure that the store associates understand that there. This is my third time at the store with the same case. I was there 3 times within 2 months and every time I seen an awesome item and I really wanted it. And I had to have it, but nobody wanted to look up the price. Or couldn't look up the price. Or didn't know how to look up the price. Or didn't know where to look up the price? Seems like the police are always here in one capacity or another... I personally don't like this area! The Dollar tree in this area is always picked over the Marshalls has the most subpar choices I see they finally shut down the Little Caesars which damn about time but I just said all of that to say. The Burger King is solid though because it's very busy and that means they're always making the food fresh.. it was a shame that they took the rainbow foods out of there and didn't replace it with another grocery store maybe like Aldi or som'n.. there are lots of elderly and ambulatory people in this neighborhood and it's just sad that they have to get on a bus and go for groceries. Still the same old Hub that's been here since I moved to the area in the late 90s, with some nice improvements. The dollar tree expanded into the 2 stores that were beside it, and now has a great selection (and self checkouts!), my new favorite Marshalls is still here (since we lost our Nicollet location), Walgreens is hanging in there to provide a pharmacy and everyday necessities, Hot comics is actually IN the hub now, not across the street, which is convenient for bus riders like myself, Rong Market is a nice new grocery store, and I recently visited the Popeyes, it was great as usual! Need a restroom? There's one in the building shared by GNC and Burger King, and one at Popeyes. Five stars for having everything in one...
