Burger King — Restaurant in Richfield

If i could rate negative i would.

This burger king is the grossest one ive ever been too. Ive seen employees in the kitchen not following basic health code. But tonight my boyfriend and i went through the drive through and the young man that rang in our order was touching his face moving his mask cupping his hand around his OPEN mouth and headset microphone. Moving his glasses and even wipped his face. DID NOT change gloves or wash his hands but continued to ring up a order and help someone at the window. A older lady ended up taking over his job at the window and rang us up. But didnt wipe anything down i Didnt see her put on new gloves herself. God knows what she was doing before she took his spot. My boyfriend tried to hand her our card but it fell on the ground OUTSIDE the window. He managed to grab it and handed it to her. She rang us up touched a few things and handed us our food.. Never once changed gloves or washed hands and continued to work. I believe she was a manager. We have called and complained before about the employees being gross in the kitchen and not following basic protocol in a kitchen and the manager on duty told him "well what do you want me to do about it?!" So we didnt say anything tonight when we got food. Figured we would be brushed off again. Im about to call and inspector in to view this store. The inside is always gross and dirty.. Sticky tables and floors. Pop bar always looks like a tornado of trash and pop went through. Please send someone else in to manage this store before you kill someone..

Went into this location today. Took almost a hour to get my food. My boyfriend's chicken nuggets were cold. My food was almost fully incorrect. This isn't my real issue. I work in a kitchen and have worked at BK before. I understand it gets busy. However one of the line cooks I watched put trash in the trash can. Push it down till the top of the can reached his elbows and then instantly turned around and continued to make food. Touching customer food and kitchen equipment. This is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen come out of this location. I turn my head to allot of things, like a store being busy so it takes a while to get my order and whatnot. But now I'm worried I'm going to get sick from the cold food that I ate from a kitchen where someone doesn't follow proper hand washing. They even wear gloves. So at least change those. This is so gross. I will never be back to this...

Layout is a bit awkward with a big empty space in the middle and cleanliness has both been great and absolutely unacceptable. They do this annoying thing where they block the trash that's built into the drink and condiment area... Not sure if it's because they want less trash to change but it just ends up all over the counter instead. Kids play area is great for families... not so great for people that don't want to hear screaming children. No ambient music which doesn't help. Fries tend to be barely salted. Last couple times here it's been like a 3-ring circus inside...with very unprofessional interactions between employees, co-workers, customers, etc... just loud and extremely informal for a place of business. Unfriendly employee just says "anything else?" the whole time and nothing else other than just looking super annoyed and not making eye contact the whole time. Customers would interact with him and he only responded verbally when absolutely required. Then all of a sudden two employees started shouting at a man for putting soda in his water cup. The guy bought food. I've worked in a corporate atmosphere enough to know you don't just start shouting at an elderly paying customer and calling them a thief in front of everyone making a huge spectacle and uncomfortable situation...

I was overcharged twice at this location. The teller never said "hello" at the menu or the window. The manager assisted her in the order and neither of them said hello. My food took forever to get, and the same thing happened the second time I went there for the same items... I was charged a different price and still overcharged... the manager once again was assisting her and I was never told hello or thank-you at either visit... My first order was Order 17 at 07:57 AM and my second was order 54 at 09:06AM . Both were Buy one get one free bacon egg cheese croissant (with coupon) I asked for extra bacon. The first time they charged me for 2 pieces of extra bacon on them for a total of $1.00, and the second time I was charged for 2 pieces on one and 1 piece on the other for a total of $.75. The inconsistencies in charges is troubling since this is the usual treatment when ordering from this restaurant. They NEVER say hello or thank-you. And the order is usually wrong all together. I have complained to the general manager before and his comment was, "So. What do you want me to do about it?" The only good manager I ever noticed, is no longer there. SO this place...
