Salon Lofts Richfield — Attraction in Richfield

NO STARS!!! I swear I thought walked onto the set of a Punk'd or What Would You Do? set, but it was only her and I there!!! Molly Hemstrom was rude from the get-go, seemed very impatient and not client-friendly as a hair professional would naturally be. I made the mistake of using a Groupon for a hair service without regard to the NUMEROUS negative reviews posted for her, my mistake! Never give the benefit of the doubt, believe the reviews!! She was condescending and critical of my hair, not once offering a solution or letting me know what she could do for my hair; in fact she even asked me what I was in for??? The services were clearly marked on the Groupon and I specified what I wanted when I booked the appointment!! Instead she went off on a rant about how my grays are going to be noticeable and no highlights will cover them up!! (I didn't ask or expect highlights to cover my grays or to make them less noticeable) I started getting a very uneasy feeling, as she started to cut my hair, without even washing it, and I asked her "are you even feeling this right now?" she proceeded to rip the cape from my neck and point towards her door. Needless to say, I was out of there before any further damage was done. I have NEVER been treated like that from anyone. She will be reported to the Cosmetology Board AND I will be getting a refund from Groupon!! Oh also, when I confirmed my appointment with her earlier in the week, she asked me to screenshot my Groupon, which I did, only to have her REDEEM that day, even before our appointment time!! THAT should have been a(nother) red flag! Lesson learned with only feelings hurt, hair is safe! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MONSTER, Run the other way! Molly the hairdresser is very rude, lack of customer service skills. After my color she asked someone to wash my hair while she is working with another client. I sit in the corner with my hair all wet for 30 minutes. Then when she was done coloring the other person she start blow drying my hair and I said I want my haircut layered and she said that she already cut my hair. I was shocked because before she started coloring my hair she said that she is just trimming the ends of my hair and I didn’t even tell her what haircut I want. Then she got mad and told me that I should have told her this before. I have no words to say to her.
