Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Richfield

Food was ok, however after being shamed at the register for wanting chicken tenders when she thought I wanted regular chicken after asking for BLACKEND chicken....we recieve our food. $45 worth of food. I noticed right away we were short a biscuit. I asked the woman at the counter and she insisted they were all put on the tray. I said, well no..they weren't but whatever, I'm with my friend and his 2 children and I'm not trying to fight over a stupid biscuit. Sat back down and 2 women came to our table and made everyone dig thru their food to prove there was no biscuit and tossed one on the table since there was not the missing one.. the most rude interaction I've had in a long time. Embarrassing really. All over 1 BISCUIT that i was not even trying to make a big deal over. Simply said hey, I'm missing one from one of the kids meals. Ugh. Disgusted at the way they handled this and will never be back. Oh yeah, ordered 4 drinks and was only given 2. As soon as we paid they all were gone from the counter and I was standing there. Saw a woman at the window and motioned that i was going to grab our other 2 cups while food was being prepared. She rushed over and all but slapped my hand scolding me telling me I only ordered 2. Had to show her the receipt and point out i did order 4. Just awful service here. It is quite clear why this place is always dead now. Not sure why or how they feel treating customers that way is acceptable but I'd encourage just driving a half a block up the road and visiting burger king for a quick bite to eat over this spot. That or they should consider hiring some new staff. I'm not a sensitive person and have a pretty thick skin..this interaction just really rubbed me the wrong way. And in front of the kids....

Two bad experiences in past month. First experience: they forgot all of our sides on the order. I did not realize until got home with order. Last night I ordered using the app around 7:00 PM. Chose the pickup-at-counter option on app. When I got to the restaurant about 10 minutes later found out that lobby is not open due to COVID. Got in long drive-thru line. After 10 minutes got to the order station. Told them that it was an online order, gave them my name, which they confirmed. After another 10 minutes, got to the pickup window. Rather than having my order ready, the guy at the window was confused about my picking up an online order. He went and talked to someone and confirmed my order and told me to drive around to parking lot by lobby doors for someone to bring out order. After ten minutes, no one had come out. Tried calling restaurant at number shown on app but an automated voice said that that line was out of service. Rather than getting in the 20 minute long drive-thru line again, knocked on lobby door. Knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked. After about three minutes, manager came and said that he was unaware of order and would go take care of it. About five minutes later, an employee eventually came out and delivered an order to someone else who had just arrived for their pickup order. Asked that employee about my order and he said it would be two more minutes. Five minutes later my order finally came out. That was 45 minutes after I ordered it. No apology or anything. Unacceptable! This location is HORRIBLE. Learned my lesson. Not going...

It's very unfortunate when you go to a restaurant and expecting to get what's on a picture that they're posting that they're advertising and you don't get that I specifically asked for the honey barbecue wings and I only got it drizzled over my chicken wings not to mention with an attitude and also for them to talk to me like I'm wrong for asking to get the honey barbecue wings exactly how the picture is this is like the second time they've done that not to mention they give me the smallest smallest tiniest wings that I've ever seen in my life I just feel like if people don't want to work working customer service they shouldn't work in customer service I will never go to this Popeyes ever again in my life the lady from India was rude and then the little Mexican worker that was there it is 901 p.m. July 8th and like I'm just highly upset with what I just dealt with and had to spend my money and I don't know if it's because I'm African-American because I know a lot of foreigners and a lot of white people and a lot of Mexicans for sure who are foreigners dislike African Americans but I was polite as I can be did not get ruled didn't get nasty then have an attitude and still got...
