Kabana-King — Attraction in Richland

I always had a great experience here up until May 28th. My husband and I bought refried beans from here and 1 they were 4 days past due, 2 they had white wormy things in the beans. I landed in the hospital for a whole week because of this, my body went into shock because I contracted 2 things, 1 a parasite that is not common here locally. I tried contacting this place and talking to them and the rude lady literally hung up on me, as if I was trying to get something out of this. This is a Public health matter, not some sort of small thing. I had never been hospitalized for anything, remotely because i contracted a parasite. I went into the hospital on May 31st and got out June 8th. I am not trying to sue or anything, if that was the case, I wouldnt be wasting my time contacting them. The fact that they do Not care what is happening in their own stores, and they only care about money, is really upsetting because I feel now that i am treated like a person that is looking for financial gain which I am not nor am I that type of person, but I will look into other resources about this, because I will now get the Public Health involved in this. I was poked at all over in the hospital, still on anti-biotics, for this place not to care. BUYER BEWARE OF WHAT YOUR GETTING IN THIS STORE. Pretty good store helpful workers some of the guys need to stop being too serious and smile at the customers a little bit and the only one guy that works in the cashier well he gets a lot of respect for being really cool and humble kind helpful overall a good store the meat department people need to stop being too serious that's only bad thing that I noticed you want to feel comfortable to walk in and be able to pick and choose what you want and not feel like they're telling you to hurry up by the looks but overall a good store I would put five stars but the only little issue isn't that in the back...

They have an amazing food service here. I spoke with one of the workers in the kitchen and they said they make their food as if it was made from home and they are not kidding. The birria is amazing, the carnitas and caldo de res equally amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Their agua frescas are full of flavor and not watered down at all.
