I had come home after a long hot day of work out in 95+ degree weather when I told my boyfriend “you know what sounds good? A blizzard.” Let’s be honest ice cream after a hot day is usually the best but for me this time it wasn’t. I had ordered a M&M blizzard with extra M&M’s. Now your thinking well okay “extra” is kind of a picky thing to ask for and maybe so…the thing is, is I had pulled out of the drive thru and parked to eat it and when I went to take a bite not only was it an ice cream soup but literally no M&M’s. I kid you not, then I swirled the spoon around in it to see maybe there’s a bunch at the bottom but there wasn’t anything but vanilla. My boyfriend went in to talk to them because he had the same problem, there was no Oreos or cookie dough bits so he went to see about how to fix the problem, and they refused him any service because we hadn’t gotten a receipt. They never asked if we’d like one nor even tried handing one to us. That’s setting a customer up for failure. So long story short a good...

I always have a good experience at this location. I love the flame thrower burger! I have wanted to put in a request for a couple years now to bring back animal cookie blizzard and the 4th of July Oreo pop rock blizzard. These two are hands down my favorite blizzards of all time. I wish they both could be permanent. If not both then at least the animal cookie blizzard. I'm not a cookie dough fan and chocolate is not my go too. And the cheese cake I'm not a fan of. So to get a blizzard that's non of these the animal cookie was the only one. I did like the birthday cake cookie dough. But thought it would be better with cherry dip mixed in. What makes the animal cookie so good is the ice cream is pink and the flavor used to make that is what helps make the blizzard. There needs to be a permanent flavor like birthday cake or cake batter. For the love, please teach your employees about the concept behind wearing gloves. They should not be wearing gloves that are 3x too big while handling debit cards/cash and then handling food. When my ice cream dripped onto the gloves he used a rag to wipe his gloves off and carried on.. additionally, when I made a comment (yes, call me Karen) about how he shouldn't be wearing gloves to handle money and food he replied "I change them like every 10 minutes" oooh good to know that germs only start to gather after 10 minutes. Also, I ordered a blizzard and asked for chocolate syrup to be added since they don't have chocolate ice cream. I was charged for it but none was added and to top it off the snickers were only mixed in on the top inch and the rest was vanilla ice cream. I would definitely say that this is the worst...
