I was staying at a hotel about a mile away, so when I got up early, I decided to enjoy a waterfront stroll up to Some Bagels to get breakfast. I sadly ended up regretting not going to Wendy's instead. The staff seemed to be really stressed and distracted despite there being only 3 customers (including myself) in the shop. Maybe they had a ton of online orders? The menu was extremely difficult to read (I have poor vision and overly-cramped small font is difficult at a distance). I ordered a cheese bagel with salmon cream cheese on it, and the lady at the counter offered to heat it up for me. I thought it was a universal rule that 'heating up' bagels involved toasting them, but nope, it was just microwaved. I ended up with a mushy soft bagel, which is a huge disappointment. I could have just brought a bag of bagels with me and nuked it in my hotel microwave if I wanted that experience.

I do have to give credit for the cream cheese, which was delicious. Not worth a mile...

I've been visiting Some Bagels for over 10 years, since I was a teen, and I've always loved it. Their bagels and cream cheese are tasty, fairly priced, and unique. I can't get enough of their cranberry orange bagel with cranberry orange cream cheese (toasted of course)- so good! They have good options for those who prefer a savory bagel as well. Smoothies and Gelato are also delicious! I've always received good service there, and unlike a previous reviewer, I've never been accosted for bringing in something small from somewhere else. They have a small kids area, plenty of tables, they always have a wall advertising work for an artist, and they have a fun map where you can add a ponprick showing where you brought their bagels too! I live thousands of miles away, but this is definitely one of the places I look forward to visiting most each time I come back. No one else has that fabulous cranberry orange...

My family and I ordered 3 turkey bacon avocado bagels. Mine was not good at all! It had weird taste. It was the avocado! It smelled so bad and sour taste! And bacon wasnt cooked all the way. I felt so sick. Worse stomach pains! It happened earlier this morning. I still don't feel well. My brother went talked to the boss. My brother was polite. They did give back his money, but the old guy was so rude and acting violent. We just wanted them to know so others wouldn't end up sick. We came here often. But never again! I did report them to health department. Please beware of your food if you go. Check it!! Never experienced this ever!! Do better! Don't have to be rude! I feel sorry for ladies that work there. They were so polite but the owner...

Updated 12/5/2021: Brought my husband here and he loved the bagel they customized for him. I love the workers, they are very helpful when trying to order. Very patient and I don’t feel rushed even when they were super busy yesterday. Great atmosphere and great food! I’m posting more pictures too…. Best bagels I’ve ever had! We got the pizza bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese, everything bagel with plain cream cheese, cinnamon raisin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese and they were all very good! The consistency of the bagel is spot on every time we come here. Very fast service and the employees are very nice and thorough with our order. Loved it so much we bought a bag of bagels for home.
