My teen daughter wanted a ukulele, they did not have it in stock, told her she could order it and get free shipping if ordered at the store, it was 54.00 she had 40 cash and put the rest on her new debit card, (first purchase) so the guy says she has to use a gift card for the 40 part and he did the entire transaction from a little hand held device, when he finished he told her she would have the receipt e-mailed.. so she got that, but no ukulele, they canceled the order and tell her they refunded the money to her card.. yeah 15 odd dollars.. what she put on her card.. now no 40.. they said they will refund it to the gift card she used.. yeah.. the clerk used and never gave to her, so we go to the store and say hey where is the money? the manager says, Oh so listen, that is not part of the target store, that the online side and we do not do anything with that. I tell her they refunded the card part where is the gift card part.. but not the money part we gave the store, OH she say, just get a hold of Target online and they will refund that and send you a new gift card.. take maybe a month.. Like I'd ever shop at the store again.. this place ripped off my kid over a musical instrument, couple of things. If I’m shopping in the store and you force someone to order online.. from the store what is the purpose of the store? The best part is when there is trouble.. or a cancelled order.. well.. you get to wash your hands or any...
Read moreIt’s your typical Target, with all the usual stuff—groceries, clothes, home goods, electronics, and seasonal items. They keep the store pretty clean and organized for the most part, and it’s easy to find what you need. Shelves are usually well-stocked, though occasionally you’ll find certain items low or out of stock, especially during sales or busy weekends.
Weekends can get really packed here. The checkout lines start to back up, especially in the afternoons. They usually have enough self-checkout stations, but even those can get backed up when it’s busy. If you’re trying to get in and out fast, weekdays or mornings are probably your best bet.
Staff is generally helpful if you ask for something, though it’s not always easy to find someone right away. Still, the experience is reliable and consistent—no big surprises, which is kind of the reason people come to Target anyway. Overall, a solid, go-to location for errands or quick shopping trips. Just plan around the weekend...
Read moreI came into target but rarely go since it’s slightly far away from home but today I decided to go to look for make up and clothes. I was simply shopping for make up products while speaking my native language with my sisters who ONLY speak Spanish. Soon after (5-10 minutes) a worker decides to take our cart including our things claiming that he is “too paranoid and too tired to follow us around since he doesn’t know what we might do next” as if we were harassing people or scaring him when all we were doing is speaking spanish and shopping. He claimed we were going to shop lift or disrupt target and me and my sisters are grown so i don’t understand why he would say that.It was offensive since we had not disturbed anyone around us or take anything as he claimed we would. Therefore, i will never come back and shop here for publicity humiliating my sisters and judging us based on how we...
