Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men- Brentwood (S Hanley Rd & W Bruno Ave) — Attraction in Richmond Heights

Had a 10AM appointment, arrived to check in at 9:45AM to find that they have overbooked and don’t know when I will see a stylist. One of the stylists spent no less than 15 minutes going off about how different this location was from a ST. Charles location. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to other stylists and customers. She was incredibly loud and vocal about her issues with the Brentwood location. I get 100% with everything going on with the COVID-19 Virus, there’s a lot to worry about. She was outraged that customers would come to check in without a mask on, meanwhile they have several boxes of disposable masks available for the customers to use(when I called to set my appointment, I was asked if I had cloth or disposable masks. When I replied, cloth, I was told not to worry about wearing it in because they have the disposable masks for their customers). Which makes sense, no one wants their cloth mask covered in cut hair. What I thought was funny, she was going off about different sanitary issues that she had, meanwhile she is cutting hair in a pair of fuzzy/fluffy slides with no socks on. RUINED MY IMAGE! THE WORST HAIR STYLEST IVE EVER HAD! I came in for my first time with a mullet and wanted to trimmed, and showed her a picture with how I wanted it. She brings out the buzzers and remind her I want it long. She says "oh yeah it will be long"... I END UP WITH A COMPLETELY CLEANED UP BACK!! Like I can't put into words how completely incompetent this lady was. When I tell her she took off way too much she seemed completely confused that she did anything wrong and says I'm doing it like the picture. Men if you want a mature hair cut surround by beautiful woman, lady Janes is the way to go. The conversations are great, but if you want a silent haircut of course that’s a option. The farbers (female barbers) will give you a mature fresh cut, men judge not just because they are woman! This lady I forget her name— she sat me down gave me a clean haircut and I was iffy about letting a woman cut my hair but I needed the cut and they were open. To my surprise she got me right! Better than most men barbers who push back your lining 🤦🏾‍♂️. She had also gave me tips and advice on life choices, including barber tips. They don’t leave in between a cut for a very long time (fellas you know what I mean by this). Oh— I forgot to mention, I didn’t have much money on me that day; she only charged me $16!!!!
