Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Richmond Heights

We arrived at 8:05pm and were greeted with a very disgruntled employee. Approached the register and was greeted with an abrupt "what can I get you". No welcome, how are you?, just a sharp "what can I get you"...ok not a huge deal but it was mostly silence during this transaction. After placing the first part of the order it took about 30 seconds while we chose the 3rd dish. The employee walked away and that is fine but upon returning I asked if I could get broccoli for my second side for my 2 year old, nothing was said and she appeared to enter something on the computer and I asked, "I get a second side with the kids meal right?". No answer so i asked again to which she turned and yelled back to the line "......CAN I GET BROCCOLI ADDED TO THAT NOW"....and she turned back and said yeah...my wife ordered, we paid, and was asked if I wanted my recipe, I said yes and that was it. Once the food came out the meat was almost as if it had been sitting on the grill all day, very dry and hard for the stroganoff, the kids mac and cheese had shredded cheese on the top noodles and that was it. All in all I like the food typically from these resturants but not this one I would recommend...

I am a Noodles and Co. Fan but this location is not very good. I thought the first time that my order was messed up that I gave them the benefit of the doubt that were busy. The second time the extra sauce that i paid for was missing on both orders and no le or cilantro was on either pad thai.i eas already gone and i called them they a apologized and said i could drive back up for the missing ingredients. It was late I'm 8 miles from them so it wasn't worth it. The 3 time i went i checked the order before i left and the extra sauce was missing again and the potstickers were as well. I waited and they fixed it. That should have been the last time i went but i tried again tonight... and they were busy. They handed me my to go order and i left.... only to get home and the extra sauce was congealed in the cups, and one order was right, reg pad thai, but they gave me a small of the other order. I will not be returning to this location.... I can understand mistakes from time to time. But it's not acceptable 4...

Today was my first time visiting, and I wish I could leave a zero-star review. The service I received was horrible. We ordered two pastas: a Crispy Chicken Alfredo and one of the Asian pastas (I forgot the name). It took an hour for us to receive our food, and once we did, the Alfredo was missing both the bacon and the chicken. The Asian dish was dry, and the noodles were overcooked and cakey. After waiting an hour, I just knew the food wouldn't be right. When we checked our order in the car, we noticed several items were missing, including the meat from the pastas.

The girl at the counter was upset that we were frustrated about our order not being made correctly and even had the nerve to charge me for an additional sauce that should have been included with the pasta in the first place. This was very disappointing, and we will not be returning. The meal cost $30 including an tip, and it ended up in the trash. Overall, it was a horrible...
