We purchased the sleep number bed prior to my husband's knee replacement surgery. The two men that came to setup our bed immediately said that they could not setup our bed until we removed our old mattress and frame. They stood outside until my husband and I struggled to remove the older sleep number bed. Extremely heavy. They are in their 20s we are in our 60s. Very unprofessional and rude. We paid $7,000 for this this bed ( about 5 years) and a year later one side completely broke down. Would not pump back up. I went in to buy a pillow...their pillows are a bit expensive, but they have a pillow wall with different types of pillows and a build your own pillow section. I ended up buying one of the ultimate pillows that has three thin pillows on the inside along with a zipper which allows you to remove or add layers for comfort. It's only been a few nights but I'm very happy with it. The sales person in the store was friendly and helpful but didn't try to "sell" me at all (which I appreciated). I had one of the original SN beds and loved it. I only got rid of it about 7 months ago. I bought a Dreamcloud bed and it was never quite right. So I came right back to SN.
