We stayed at this hotel for about a week while our house was being renovated/fixed up. Our experience was pretty mixed, with some good positives, and some negatives as well (mostly on the customer service end). Our room was pretty nice. It definitely had been updated in the past few years. No noticeable smell, clean sheets, and a modern/spacious vibe. The AC however was freezing and we had to unplug it as it wouldn’t go above 68 degrees. The room was probably the biggest positive to this place. This hotel has no pool, and is more of a “place to rest your head” amenity wise. There isn’t any room service, but there is a free breakfast, which was definitely not great quality and very overcrowded, but they do offer it. There is also a 24/7 gym with a decent amount of equipment. The gym was clean and pretty much empty every time I went to workout. Unfortunately, the staff was rude in every experience we had with them. When we checked in, the girl had a pretty big attitude. When a friend dropped off a gift for me at the front desk, the older man at the front demanded ID to make sure I wasn’t “trying to steal someone else’s gift”. Finally, we were told we could extend our stay at any time. However, when we called downstairs to do so, the SAME girl told us, in a very rude manner, “we don’t have any rooms, you should have booked weeks ago, go somewhere else”. While the room and grounds were nice, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the unnecessary attitude from the employees and the lack of amenities. We’ve paid half the price at much nicer places and have been treated much better as well.

Welcome to Missouri. A 2 night stay is going to cost you double or more of what you anticipated if you park in their garage. Vandals and thieves broke into our car and at least one other car overnight. So now we get to pay for a new window. Is it the hotels fault? Ehhh somewhat. It’s their garage and the police said the cameras are useless which is probably a known fact to the people committing the crimes. If you choose to stay here, remove all valuables from your car. Don’t walk the garage alone and certainly don’t let your children go to the garage even in groups. Can this happen anywhere? Sure. Is it preventable? Most of the time, it is. Some on-site security and some better cameras may be an investment, but it mostly prevents these issues. Can we subtract this from our stay for “incidentals?” Older reviews note they used to charge for parking. They didn’t charge for parking, but perhaps charging a few dollars would cover a few security to monitor the garage.

Great hotel and Staff. While Dwight was helpful and polite he could not resolve my issue. They have a parking lot security issue that they know of and are failing to deal with. The the patrolman from the Brentwood Police told me they have vehicle break ins every other week, this was collaborated by residents in the area and even hotel staff. I lost a day of vacation and I have spent hours dealing with the damage to my property all because of management’s negligence.

I've stayed in many hotels in my 60 years and this one is my all-time favorite. Every employee I have talked to has been terrific, helpful and friendly, from the housekeepers and breakfast supervisor, to the front desk clerks. When icy weather made our arrival and departure dates uncertain, the staff said not to worry and assured me that they would work with us whether we needed to arrive/leave sooner or later than we anticipated due to weather constraints.

The housekeeping staff really needs to be commended; the breakfast area, hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever encountered in a hotel. Even corners were sparkling clean and fresh! What an outstanding job the housekeeping staff is doing there! Plus, they were as friendly and as welcoming as can be as well.

This hotel is also the quietest I have ever stayed in. On our 2nd night, about 10:30 pm a large group of college-age sports player arrived to occupy many rooms on our end of the hallway. At first I thought "Oh no! There goes our sleep when we are so tired!" But it was not a problem at all, the rooms are so well sound-proofed. While the college students had big, loud booming voices when I passed them coming down the hallway, when they were in their rooms I could not hear them at all from the bedroom part of our suite, and could only very faintly hear then through the wall when in the bathroom. Why can't all hotel rooms be this well sound proofed?!

The queen sized beds were also extremely comfortable. I am quite picky about bed comfort and these beds were delightful, just perfect.

The parking garage was also a great help this trip since we experienced ice and snow during our stay. Since my car was tucked away in the covered parking garage, I didn't have to scrape off my car in the morning, a big plus!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would consider staying nowhere else when in the area again. I hope to...

I stayed at this hotel with my son. I moved all of our valuables into the hotel and made sure the room door was shut and locked when I left. Later in the evening when we returned I discovered that my room had been robbed from all of my electronics. Someone had entered the room without breaking into the room and taken my electronics. I reported the theft to the police that night and the opinion of the officer taking the report was that someone from the hotel had entered my room and stolen my property.

I addressed this with the hotel that evening and the next morning, but they did not put much effort into taking me seriously. I was told that I have to file a complaint with Marriott corporate. Turns out that the Marriott corporate response exists to tell customers they aren't legally responsible for thefts from their hotel rooms. There was no cameras recording anything on the floor to show who entered room. When I asked about the keypad entry log they kept changing their stories to me when I would call out their obvious mistakes on what they told me on the door entry logs. When I asked to get copies of the door entry logs Marriott refused to share those with me.

Long story short, it's highly likely that someone working in this hotel stole thousands of dollars of electronics from my hotel room. The only camera in the entire hotel is only pointing at the front desk. And when asked to produce receipts of the door entry logs their story kept changing and ultimately refused to send me information on the theft. The Marriott corporate response was to support their hotel with no accountability. Obviously, I will never...
