I dropped by this location to pick up dinner on my way home from work. I usually come here as the food is fresh, plentiful and hot. The customer service is usually not friendly but for only their required Hello as you enter the store. The employees ask what you want with a straight face, nonchalant manner and no smile. Last night was an all new low for this 3 star rating store. This lady who helped me was down right rude. She approached me and asked for my order. I told her that I wanted chicken nachos. She asked if I wanted the chips inside the bowl or on the side. I said that I wanted them inside. She proceeds to fill my order with the Queso and beans but no chips. I questioned her about the chips not being in the bowl. Instead of using excellent customer service skills and asking me clarifying questions, she begins to argue with me on what I originally said. She argues, "You said you wanted the chips on the side." I said, "No, I didn't. I want them inside the bowl." She continued with, "Yes you did but whatever." She then gets another bowl with the chips and pours the Queso and beans all mixed together in a messy glob on top of the chips. She didn't apologize for the misunderstanding. She didn't start my order over. She just continues on. I was too shocked to say anything more as I didn't want the situation to escalate. I quickly paid for my food and left. Isn't there a moto saying "the customer is always right?" I truly believed that an establishment's primary focus is to create such an experience that that the customer will not only want to return but would also tell their friends about it too. Well I'm telling my friends about this experience. It will be a long time if at all before I return to this location....
Read moreWalked in to place my order got to the counter. The girl had a very nasty look on her face. Her face was very greasy. Also lips were shined up to perfection. No smile no reaction. Nothing what you want a bowl of burrito. I asked her was she having a nice day She asked me what type of protein do I want? Or did I want rice brown or white that’s it so I told her I’ll take brown rice I want chicken no beans and because she put my cheese down when she got ready to put the cheese in there she’s scraping the pan to get the cheese out extra did she have anymore because that kind of old she said no I don’t have anymore. It’s just me right now so you gotta take this and I reply to her. No, I don’t have to take anything and I walked out because she was very unpleasant. She stated before I walked away when I said that’s OK. I don’t have to take this. I’ll just leave. She said this is why I hate this job because of people don’t know what they want. First of all you don’t even have your bar stock completely to where people can make a choice of what they want. Your attitude is very nasty. No one wants someone over their food with that type of spirit and demeanor when they’re just trying to order a simple meal first impressions can put a lot on a person I did not drive out of my way to come into establishment to be rude to and I’m spending my money. Read moreI went here today. I stopped going over 8 months ago due to rude employees and cold food but decided maybe the service is better now.... (Wrong!) My co-worker and I ordered online. Pick up time for the food was 12:36pm I arrived 12:48. I walk in and the cashier asks if she can help me, I give her the online order names and she looks at the 3 to-go bags sitting on the counter then proceeds to take the next customer's order. Im thinking, no problem, I'm patient. Then she takes the next customer and the next and the next... 11 minutes go by and I have finally had enough of this nonesense. I walk closer and ask if my order was ready? She says 1 is but the other is not. I look and see that they havdnt even began making it. That upset me because its one thing to be over the pick up time a few mins but by this time, it had been just over 20 mins and my food was JUST getting started on. Thats unacceptable.
I explained this to them as calmly as I could and the cashier seemed to be bothered by the way she mumbled under her breath. I didnt care about that. I watched the other lady make my food.
I received no apology for the inconveniece. I know some busineses are short staffed but rudness is still not ok.
A simple: "I apologize for this inconvenience, I will get your order to you as soon as possible" would...
