From walking in the studio to leaving, I have no notes on how Monarch Beauty Collective could improve. I was greeted with a smile and the offer of beverage - iced coffee in cute cup?! Yes please. Renny took the time to go over everything with me and make sure I was happy with the tattoo before I even sat in the chair. She took the adorable 12 year old drawing done by my neice and turned it into the most perfect, amazing tattoo. Sarah, the owner, came in and chatted and wanted to hear about the story behind my tattoo. I could have sat there and hung out all day, such an inviting and welcoming space! I literally have never left a review after one time but I’m shocked at how impressed I am. As a professional in the beauty industry myself I can say that meeting a fellow professional with an eye for detail and patience for perfection is rare. Shania fits the bill. My brows were microbladed in 2018 and since have gaps and I shape I don’t like - I went to Shania for a brow tint, wax and lamination.
