Chan has an unprofessional tendency to switch up appts last minute without trying to offer similar time alternatives. Not only has he switched an appt last minute more than once he showed up late to the new time I booked. I let it slide the first time but after the 3rd time it became constant inconvenience. Especially when booking a cut the day before a trip & the time gets changed to something that isn’t feasible.
