This new addition to RVA is a MUST-TRY! I visited Bolo's Eatery during their soft opening and was absolutely blown away.
The space is incredible spread across three levels, there's truly something for everyone. Whether you're planning a family dinner, checking out the game attractions upstairs, or just stopping by for their fantastic cocktails and craft beer, Bolo's checks every box.
The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy, old-school charm and a fresh, modern twist. It’s welcoming, fun, and full of energy without being overwhelming.
To top it all off, the staff is amazing friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to be part of this new spot. RVA has a new gem, and I can’t wait to go back!
The Washington Family will definitely be back to...

Service was attentive - checked in periodically. Manager came by a few times as well.
Value for what we got was appreciated.
Will be back ASAP - maybe for some oysters that...

I can't speak for downstairs but there weren't many people on the roof to serve. The other issue we ran into was something in the beers. Looked like grain remnants but we did find a small, whole bug in one. Not sure how that happens but worth the mention. I want this place to succeed but it seems there are some kinks to work out. I'll give it another...
